But first you need to do all of the missions from the guy who gave you the Explorer's Kit.
I forget what town it is (I think it's Hearthome), but the guy is located in a house to the right of the Pokecenter. Hope I helped.

you need the Digger Drill to get that you have to go to the oldmans house in Eterna City and perform tasks. All you have to do is bury a Sphere and go to the guys house and he will give it to you
