So it was announced with a trailer that Secret Of Mana from the SNES is getting a 3D HD Remaster for ps4 xbox one and PC.

Anyone here play this original game? what do you think of the remastered remake? do you wish it was coming to the switch? how do u feel about it being $40 and digital only?

I'm not a fan of the generic 3d visuals it has going on, but it is Secret of Mana! As long as they don't screw up the gameplay it should be just as fun as the original. Don't get why they aren't bringing it to the Switch when it just got the Mana collection some months earlier.

It was a Japan only release so I wouldn't recommend it. ;)

Okay, yeah. I absolutely adored the original version when I was younger, so I think this is definitely something I'll be getting. Which version, I'm not sure (probably PC), but I will be getting it.

I never played the original since i wasn't into RPGs back then, but this makes me want to check it out then maybe get the remastered port and compare the 2 games.
