asdf. Use Mobius not Phenoix, also take out Jinzo for another Mobius, Jinzo just doesn't seem to work anymore. Since I suggest taking out Phenoix take out Hand for a DDA (which will be much easier to get now). Goldd is also much better than Silva, but then that leaves you with a lot of tributes, you could run 2 Mobius and two Goldd, which should work nicely for your needed hand contol, and 4 Tributes isn't that hard to use considering Goldd is easily brought out due to Don's and Reapers everywhere. Exarion isn't do good anymore imo, add in another Survivor, and forget Penguin Solder use another Kycoo or a Ninja Grandmaster.

    Spells-15
    Mystical Space Typhoon

    Nobleman of Crossout
    Smashing Ground
    Smashing Ground
    Hammer Shot
    Fissure
    Scapegoats
    Brain Control

Don't use Hammer Shot and Fissure. Use Two Brain Control.

    Traps-6
    Call of the Haunted
    Torrential Tribute
    Sakuretsu Armor
    Sakuretsu Armor
    Trap Hole
    Royal Decree

I don't like Royal Decree take it out only run Royal Decree if it is your only Trap. Well 2 other Traps and 2 Decree might work. Get rid of Decree and Trap Hole and use two Waboku. Get a Mirror Force because it is cool, lol.

This is just avdencing the deck I had for the previous format.
No Mirror Froce and I perfer Golld over Sillva. It seems to work better for me.

When will you learn you don't need Decree and Jinzo in the same deck. This is like the second deck you've done this with. Trap negating cards arn't needed anyway if you use two Mobius like I suggested. I hope this helps and good luck.

Well, now that the ball's rolling...

Mullet's right; Decree and Jinzo aren't necessary in the same deck. Choose one over the other. I'd suggest Decree.

    -1 Jinzo

    And with it,
    -1 Trap Hole

Also, Fissure & Hammer Shot with only 2 Smashing Grounds are relatively dumb...

    -1 Hammer Shot
    +1 Smashing Ground
    +1 Monster Reincarnation

Now, as for the monsters...Zaborg isn't necessary, Phoenix shouldn't be in here,...Excarion was NEVER good in my book,...and lose the DD Survivor...

    -1 Zaborg
    -1 SPON
    -1 Hand
    -1 Apprentice
    -1 DD Survivor
    -1 Excarion
...If you prefer Goldd over Silva, then why are you using Silva??
    -1 Silva

    +2 Goldd
    +1 Mobius
    +1 Kycoo
    +1 DD Assailant
    +2 Brron (optional effect)
    +1 Reflect Bounder (filler, partly)

I actuaully meant the other way around. Sillva > Goldd.

    SPON is a good monster.

I don't really want much of Dark World, 1 Dark World monster is fine with me with the deck.

I like Decree over Jinzo also. This is my first type up of the deck(in testing). I will dry some of the fixes but I don't have all of what both of you said but I will try.

    Thanks both.

Phoenix deserves to be play tested now that RFG is weakened to an acceptable level for Phoenix to live.

    -1 Jinzo
    +1 Mobius

You do want to destroy spells/traps at times when Phoenix is alive.

    -1 Sillva
    +1 Goldd

Destruction > Discard, especially when we all know that Dark World's popularity rise through the roof (at least for 2 weeks, as it'll probably go down again after people realize that one graceful charity will not be enough to stabilize the entire dark world deck)

    -1 Penguin Soldier
    +1 Apprentice Magician

More special summon the better, and you got a heck of a lot of Magician of Faiths or Hands to pull out.

    -1 Exiled Force
    +1 Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke/Reflect Bounder

It can't ever hurt to get more anti-reaper. Exiled Force really isn't *that* good if it's not in some dedicated warrior deck with reinforcement of the army. You have it in every deck as if it's stapled or something o_O; Plus, ninjaboy is light... Reflect Bounder can also be used as it's insane raw power late game that is destined to see your opponent wasting his hands over it. Adding light types bring us to...

    -1 D. D. Survivor
    +1 Chaos Sorcerer

You do have a fair amount of light monsters. It's super easy to throw a magician of faith inside. What can possibly go wrong with special summons that may generate infinite amount of 0-1 trades?

    -1 Excarion Universe

    It's just not necessary.

    -1 Hammer Shot
    +1 Smashing Ground

We all know the reason for this...

    -1 Fissure
    +1 Rush Recklessly

It's still anti-reaper and it's quick play, so it can be useful against an inevitable Phoenix storm or opposing MST. Rush Recklessly is much better than fissure.

    -1 Trap Hole
    +1 Mirror Force

    We all understand this, right...

    -1 Royal Decree
    +1 Sakuretsu Armor

They said why for this one already

    All 3 fixes reasonable.

It's not a staple to me, I just like it just like you like WMC. I do not see it as a staple though.

    ;;
    It's just not necessary.

    -1 Hammer Shot

It has it's uses and I don't have another smashing.

    Yes they did.

They said why for this one already

    Never Play Chaos.......never will
I'm sorry but I will have to refuse that fix even though it's a good fix.

    Well then...

    -1 Chaos Sorcerer
    +1 Lv2 Mystic Swordsman

-pick Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke over Reflect Bounder

    -1 (non-existing) Smashing Ground
    +1 Reinforcement of the Army

The world should revolve around the complete destruction of spirit reaper... That's my vision for the next banlist, which is exactly the same as the last banlist.

Hey, didn't you say that Reflect Bounder WASN'T that good of a card!??

Snatch Steal/Penguin Soldier face-down. End of Story.

(w-wait,...did Kyouraku switch back to Zaikiro again?? WOULD YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND!?? jk)

Frosty said he wants anything that can destroy Spirit Reaper. ;; I perfer trample instead though.

I posted in Zaikiro for the Chaos Sorc quote. Since it was a post I made while I was in Zaikiro a while back.

Reflect Bounder isn't that good of a card because it's situational. It's raw power at late game and it's a joke in the beginning.

Snatch Steal can destroy almost anything anyway (except maybe mataza and blindly loyal goblin?), so I don't count weaknesses to snatch steal. There is more than one light/dark monster in the graveyard hopefully so you can call Chaos Sorcerer again. Who really uses return to hand monster anyway though except maybe ALO decks (and it'll be a tough choice between penguin and yomi too.) Penguin Soldier is possible in flipping monsters that the other player may want to return to hand, so it is slightly situational as well.

Seriously, killing the reaper is far superior than the 1100 LP you may gain from trampling over the reaper. The world of yugioh revolves around protecting spirit reaper, abusing spirit reaper, and killing spirit reaper.

Your too paranoid of Reaper just stop saying that the whole game revolves around Reaper it doesn't. Reaper isn't even that broken as many decks run several different ways to kill it.

It's fun to trample over the Reaper with Airknight to get some CA then kill it.

    ...^My sentiment exactly.

As far as Reflect, most acrds are situational, depending on how you play them & when, but this isn't really the place to discuss it...
