Yes.
Take a look at where it's hatched.
It says Egg reciveded at 'Salamonce Town' and hatched at 'Day-Care Couples'.
 
The shiny EV'd Umbreon for a Shiny Ho-Oh legit navel Rock UT?
 
was that aerodactyl you lvled up to lvl 20 or did you find it in a fossil

? how does that proves any thing is blurly if you had a clear picture that would help alot
