Shadowless card???

A shadowless card is basically a card which doesn't have that "shadow" effect along the sides and bottom of the border of the picture and were only available as the very first cards of the base set. You can't find them anymore from stores--even if you find base set boosters, the cards will have the shadow effect unless they are VERY old (we're talking from the VERY BEGINNING of Pokemon here)...so they're pretty rare.
