Are you requesting a userbar, a banner, what's the password?
If it's a banner, you have to choose either Dukey, ShadowPand3monium, or RyuKun.
If it is a userbar, then ask for either Heartless Sora(DemiKid) or Sandro.

If you want the banner, don't forget to put the size as well: WIDTH x HEIGHT.
Also, use the forms from the first post.
