    Alright, so, does anyone know where I can get the manga of Shaman King online? While I have no problems with the way Viz does it (as opposed to Naruto, which Viz translated terribly), I would like a faster way to read it
     
    I think,you should find in EBay.
     
    Ya ebay is good, I'm getting tired of that rumor that viz did a bad translation of Naruto.
     
    Thye did do a bad translation. i fyou've seen the anime or read the fan-translated manga, then you'd know. they just take WAY too many liberties with technique names, and they attempt to make the speech sound more...I dunno how to describe it
     
    Ya, they changed...6 technique names, so what? It dident hurt the story, they changed a few peoples names but again it dident hurt the story. BTW I've seen the anime up to episode 44 and read up to volume 18 of the manga, nothing big was changed. If your griping about how they changed some of the names from Bokutsu no josto to Battle beet or blaze of glory...well stuff does have to be translated.
     
    Well, those were at least translated faithfully...but Mind-Body Switch to Art of the Valentine? I think what bugged me the most was the extremely cheesy way they made everyone talk (and the fact that they made Shikamaru sound like a complete a**hole). Anyways, it doesn't matter, does anyone know where I could get the manga in english, for free? Do any sites still have the fan translated version up?
     
    1. Fan translations are usally really bad and incorrect
    2.Shikamaru has allways been an A-Hole ^^
