My favorite Pokemon WTF moment was the whole "4kids is the devil" thing from James inside the Victreebell. I laughed for a week when I saw that.

Oh, Blue_Drifblim beat me too it. Well, still epic.

I love Eric Stuart so much.

But another WTF?! moment for me would be all the Transformers stuff Team Rocket is doing nowadays...

You gotta remmber....the show was made by japanese...so I'm assuming EVERY character in Pokemon and most animes are either Asian or Japanese....lol

The only wtf moment I recall seeing and actually laughing was one time James and Jessie were buried in sand and this Krabby just walks up to them with this huge smile on his face and then he snips his claws...lol

My main wtf moments are when some Pokemon in the anime know more than one move or when Pokemon types don't really come into play, like when Ash's Pikachu beat a ground type with an electric attack or a Graveler beat a Starmie.

What really made me say WTF? was when Morrison dropped his onigiri down a hill. In the 4Kids version, however, it was a gigantic sandwich. . WTF? And it didn't even fall apart. Odd.

Scratch that, basically any edit 4Kids makes makes me go 'WTF?'. =/​
 
One of my biggest WTFs was when James' magikarp evolves into gyarados (sp???) and uses twister but they say that the move was dragon rage. Also when officer Jenny says 'arcanine, use flamethrower!' to a growlithe

Bahh, I was about to post that, but you beat me to it. ;<
Anyways, probably not a "WTF moment," But an episode that made me laugh a lot was episode 102 in the Orange League series with the Nidorans Tony and Maria.
When Ash and Co were looking for Maria, Pikachu was helping out. Then Pikachu saw a berry tree.. Err.. I don't know how to explain it, but it was adorable.
 
Couldn't Phione be a boy? Manaphy was the PRINCE of the Sea.....
