Shared Story (Shadow and I): "Shadow Shifts"

[Shadow]

Kenneth: "The Muk and Grimers are in position sir."
Shadow: "Time for phase two."
Kenneth: "Which is?"
Shadow: "A poor, defenseless Pokemon surrounded by my Pokemon. That bleeding heart Ash has will make him risk his life to save it."
Kenneth: "Sir, what poor, defensless Pokemon? We can't use yours since they wouldn't be threatened by fellow Poison types and mine could easily escape or fight their way out."
Shadow: "We'll just have to improvise then."
Shadow pulls a dress out of his bag.
Kenneth: "Why are you looking at me like that sir?"

Max: "That was delicious Brock."
Ash: "Too bad we can't go swimming."
Pikachu: "Pika... PIKACHU!"
Ash: "What is it?"
Kenneth (trying to sound like a lady): "Help me!"
May: "Sounds like a beached Waillord."
Brock: "Look! Some lady is being attacked by those Grimer and Muk!"
Ash: "Pikachu! Thunderbolt!"
Pikachu launches a Thunderbolt which electrifies all the Muk, Grimer, and Kenneth. The Muk and Grimer run away.
Kenneth: "Thank you young man."
Kenneth faints.
May: "Ash, Thunderbolt is your solution to everything."
Ash: "At least we saved that ugly old lady."
Max: "Yep, we saved her very well. ASH YOU FRIED HER!"
Ash: "Oh well, let's go get some burgers, saving her made me hungry."

Kenneth drags himself into the bushes.
Kenneth: "Sorry sir the plan failed."
Shadow: "I knew I should have dressed you up as a Wigglytuff. Oh well, time for Plan B."
Kenneth: "Does it involve getting me medical attention?"
Shadow: "Nope. Onward!"
Kenneth: "Yes sir, right away."
Shadow walks away and Kenneth crawls after him.

 

[Shadow]

James: "Go Cacnea!"
Cacnea pops out and jumps on May's head.
Meowth: "Just going with the flow eh?"
Cacnea: "Cacnea!"
Jessie: "Enough of this! Go Seviper!"
Seviper jumps onto Pikachu's head.
James: "Wouldn't it make more sense to have it use Wrap on Pikachu instead of having it just sit there?"
Jessie: "I was getting to that. Seviper wrap attack."
Seviper uncoils its tail and binds Pikachu with it.
Jessie, James, Meowth, Wobbufett, and Cacnea jump down and grap Seviper and Pikachu and start to run off. They don't get far before Pikachu shocks them and sends them blasting off.

~~Shadow Inc. Branch Office in Mossdeep~~
Grunt: "Bring up the helipad, Shadow's helicopter is coming."
A helicopter comes flying towards the building at full speed and crashes through some trees. It goes beyond the helipad rising to the roof and backs up to land on it. A ladder comes out of the door and Shadow staggers out very dizzy.
Shadow: "Someone make a new autopilot. I think I'm going to be sick."
Grunt: "Shadow sir, welcome back. All preperations have been completed."
Shadow: "Great! Begin the operation immediately. To England! On second thought....wait until the pilot wakes up."
Kenneth: "He isn't asleep, he woke up and then fainted."
Shadow: "Take him to the hospital and get a new pilot, I'm going to go grab a bite to eat."
Shadow walks off and gets in an elevator. Kenneth and the Grunt go in the helicopter to fetch the pilot. Jessie, James, and Meowth peek out from underneath the helicopter.
James: "Glad this helicopter was in our flight path."
Meowth: "Speak for yourself, I lost my lunch somewhere over Lilycove."
Wobbufett pops out.
Wobbufett: "Wobbu Wobbufett!"
Jessie: "I wonder what Shadow is going to do in England."
James: "Knowing him it is probably some legendary Pokemon."
Meowth: "Or some over the top scheme to get rid of Ash."
Jessie: "Either way we could take the rare Pokemon or Pikachu ourselves and give it to the boss."
Meowth: "And then we get a promotion!"
Jessie and James: "We're going to England! Yeah!"

 

[Shadow]

Lilycove City Pokecenter
Jenny: "Thanks for apprehending Kenenth. Now if only we could get Shadow"
Jack: "I'm sure we'll get him soon."
Jenny walks out with Kenneth who is handcuffed.
Joy: "Your Pokemon are all rested and ready to go."
Brock: "I never want to go. I'd love to be here with you forever"
Max and May drag Brock away by his ear and throw him out the front door and in front of Jenny's bike.
Brock: "Oh you're looking lovely today Officer Jenny."
Officer Jenny starts the motocycle and runs over Brock. On the TV inside the Pokemon Center, the news comes on.
News Reporter: "We're reporting live from England, where Shadow Inc. is launching a new Pokemon related product."
Ash: "Shadow Inc.? In England?"
Nurse Joy: "Too bad Officer Jenny just left. And it would be outside her jurisdiction too..."
News Reporter: "And here comes the helicopter with Rocket Shadow himself."
Shadow's helicopter lands and he steps out.
Shadow: "Now for teh invention to bring ease to all the trainers of the world, the Portable PC! It may look like a normal laptop, but it can transport items and Pokemon just like a full sized computer. And not only that, but to showcase our newest invention, Shadow Inc. will be holding a very special tournament right here in this castle behind me. Inventations are being sent out to trainers, but you can enter even if you don't get one. There are some special rules to this tournament, but why spoil the surprise? Hehehe...."
Kent: "This must be some over the top trap to get rid of Ash."
Ash: "Oooh. Another tournament. Let's enter! Let's enter! Let's enter."
Jack: "How about we make his tournament backfire and end up trapping him?"

Shadow Inc. Castle, England
Shadow walks up to the entrance of the castle and waits for the drawbridge to lower. Meanwhile, a female news reporter, a camera man, and a Meowth show up behind him.
Lady: "Excuse me do you have time for an interview?"
Shadow: "No, not really."
Lady: "Care to tell us who you've invited and what kind of rare, valuable Pokemon they may have?"
Shadow: "I cannot disclose that information at this time."
Lady: "Listen here bucko, you tell us waht kinds of rare Pokem..."
Cameraman (whispering): "Don't blow our cover. If he figures out its us we'll be stranded in New Jersey in a matter of seconds."
Shadow: "There's something strange about you three. What station are you from."
Lady: "We're from LCN. The Lovely Charming Network."
Shadow: "Uh huh. What channel?"
Lady and Camera Man: "Uh uhhhhh"
A Wobbufett pops out of nowhere holding a weather chart.
Wobbufett: "WOBBUFETT!"
Lady: "Good work blubbo."
Meowth: "Run for it."
The four reporters from LCN run away as fast as they can.
Shadow: "Oh great, they're here."

 

[Shadow]

Mason: "Shadow sir, your brother has a Deoxys!"
Shadow: "I know, I know. It's one of the reasons for my special tournament rules."
Grunt: "Sir the last invitation was sent. We have recieved word that hundreds of trainers are on their way."
Shadow: "Yeah yeah. Is the computer system up?"
Grunt: "Yes, the Shadow Inc. Network has been set up throughout the castle. We can track anything that happens in the castle with ease."

Ash: "Grovyle! Bullet Seed!"
Grovyle gets ready to fire Bullet Seed when Deoxys disappears and reappears behind Grovyle. Deoxys punches Grovyle sending him flying into the air. Then before Deoxys can move, Tyranitar grabs it and Crunchs it. Deoxys falls to the ground unconcious. Grovyle soon lands on top of it.
May: "Skitty! Assist!"
Skitty runs towards Tyranitar, with fire coming out of its mouth. Tyranitar sighs and puts out his foot to block the attack and stop Skitty from moving any further.
May: "Blizzard!"
Skitty shoots a lot at Tyranitar who inflicts very little damage. Tyranitar kicks Skitty away, who immediately gets back up and runs off, before chasing its own tail.
May: "Oh Skitty... return."
Max: "Wow, Kent, you have a Deoxys!"
Kent: "Yeah, the only bad thing about it being in attack mode is that one hit knocks it out."
Ash: "I bet Shadow has tried to steal it. Heh heh."
Kent: "Like once a week. Actually he did find out quite a bit of information on it for me. It helped Shadow in that Team Rocket project to clone Mew."
Jack: "Yeah, he was always the best one in Science, but the worst in psychic powers."
Ship Attendant: "Excuse me, are one of you Ash Ketchum?"
Ash: "Yeah."
Ship Attendant: "You have a phone call."
Ash goes to the video phone and answers it to find Prof. Oak.
Oak: "Oh hello Ash. Are you going to the tournament?"
Ash: "Yeah, how'd you know?"
Oak: "Thought you may have heard about it. Gary and Tracy got invitations, and you got one, but you weren't home to recieve it. Even Prof. Birch is attending."
Max: "Prof. Birch is in it?"
Oak: "Yes, I'd go myself, but I've got so much to take care of. Me and Delia will be rooting for you Ash. And if you need anything just ask."

 

[Shadow]

Jessie: "Breaking news, you weren't prepared for trouble."
James: "And at five, we'll bring it to you on the double."
Jessie: "To protect the world from boring anchors."
James: "To inform the peoples within all nations."
Jessie: "To denounce the evil of a news chopper."
James: "To extend our reach to the clouds above."
Jessie: "Jessie"
James: "James"
Jessie: "LCN blast off at the speed of light!"
James: "Surrender now or smile for the camera."
Meowth: "This has to be our worst motto yet..."
Wobbufett: "Wobbufett!"
James: "Pikachu has a face meant for TV."
A robotic hand pops out of James' camera and grabs Pikachu. Pikachu tries to shock it but the camera absorbs the electricity.
Meowth: "Our Pika Cam is rolling. Hahahaha"
May, Kent, and Jack tap them on the shoulders.
Kent: "Only Ash fell in your stupid hole."
Jessie: "Oh right, I never noticed."
Jessie, James, Meowth, and Wobbufett are lifted off their feet and blasted into the sky. Ash's group walks up to the Shadow Inc. castle to find it swarming with tons of trainers. Shadow is standing on the roof over the main doorway with a microphone.

Shadow: "Welcome one and all to the Shadow Inc. Castle Tournament. Official sign-up forms will be available in a few moments, but first let me explain some rules."
A screen appears on the wall above the door and illustrates what Shadow is talking about.
Shadow: "Each of you will recieve a complementary Shadow Inc. Portable PC, which is connected to the Shadow Inc. Network. This network is installed throughout the castle to track battles and contestants. Your Portable PC will contain important tournament information like your record, your room number, a castle map, and more. Most importantly, it will access the Shadow Inc. Network and download Pokemon for you to use. You will only be able to use one of your own Pokemon in each battle. The rest will be randomly selected and given to you for the remainder of the battle. Now the goal of the preliminary round, is to collect certain CDs with the location of the next round on them. There are 4 different ones and you will each be given one randomly. Your PCs will tell you which CDs someone has so you don't battle someone who has the same one as you. You may battle anyone you choose, whenever you want, wherever you want. Now begin signing up and good luck in the tournament."

Some Shadow Inc. Grunts start handing out sign up forms. One gives a form to Max.
May: "Excuse me sir, he can't enter, he doesn't have a Pokemon of his own."
Grunt: "Weren't you listening to the rules? He doesn't need one."
Max: "Alrght! I get to be in a tournament!"
Ash: "There sure are a lot of trainers here."
Jack: "Trainers from all over the world... There's Prof. Birch. And look there's Prima. And over there, that's Falkner."
Kent: "Wow, gym leaders too? Everyone is here it seems."

Shadow: "Hehehe, all these rare Pokemon to steal. The fools will never know what happened."

 

[Shadow]

Brock: "It's getting late, perhaps we should go in and find our rooms and stuff."
May: "Yeah."
Ash's group walks up to the entrance. A Shadow Inc. Executive takes their applications, scans them into a machine and gives them each a CD, Portable PC, and a key. Max turns on his Portable PC before the Executive even lets go of it.
Max: "Let's see, it says the battling won't begin until tomorrow. It looks like all our rooms are in the same hallway. Up on the second floor, corridor three."
Ash opens his portable PC.
Ash: "Look! It's right near a dining room!"
May: "You'll run the company out of business with your bottomless stomach."
Jack: "Well let's head to our rooms so we can get a good night's sleep before the tournament starts tomorrow."
Everyone heads inside to find their rooms.

~~Later that night~~
Ash wakes up hearing his stomach growling.
Ash: "Uggh I forgot, we didn't have dinner on the ship. I'm so hungry."
Ash remembers about the dining room and kitchen nearby and turns on his PC to view the map. He leaves the room quietly to not disturb the Pikachu sleeping on the desk. On the way to the kitchen he hears a voice.
"One should be careful to not let one's guard down at night."
Ash: "Who's there?"
A lady dressed in white walks out.
Lady: "There are many restless spirits here. Some are quite mad at Shadow's intrusion, others want to see some good matches."
Ash: "Eh?"
Lady: "I am channeler, I speak to spirits in old castles such as these. I entered this tournament as it would be the only chance for me to enter this castle. And I wish to stay here, so I must proceed further in the tournament. So I challenge you Ash Ketchum to a Pokemon battle!"
Ash: "But the battling doesn't start until tomorrow."
Channeler: "Perhaps you should be more observant."
Ash looks at the clock in the corner of his PC which shows that it is 1:24 AM.
Channeler: "3 each sound good?"
Ash: "OK..."
The channeler pushes a button on her PC and a Pokeball appears out of nowhere in a slot in the PC. Ash looks at his PC and sees that it is in battle mode. It displays his team and his opponent's (who he sees to be named Eliza) team, both of which are just 3 black squares at the moment. He pushes the 'Recieve' button and a Pokeball appears in his PC. He throws the Pokeball and a Gligar comes out of it. Eliza throws hers and a Murkrow comes out. The first black squares on the screen change to Gligar and Murkrow and the words 'Begin Battle' appear on the screen.
Ash: "Gligar! Use...ummm what does Gligar know? I think...uhhh...I forgot"
Ash's Gligar starts to sweat.
Eliza: "Faint Attack!"
Murkrow starts to disappear while flying towards Gligar.
Ash: "I know! Dig!"
Gligar tries to dig but it can't break through the stone floor and Murkrow lands a direct hit.
Ash: "Slash attack!"
Gligar glides towards Murkrow.
Eliza: "Attract!"
Murkrow winks affectionately and Gligar stops its attack.
Ash: "What the? How do you know what gender it is?"
Eliza: "Shadow made sure these PCs were very helpful in the tournament."
Ash looks at his PC and uses the touchpad to move the cursor to Gligar and doubleclicks it. A new screen pops up show very detailed info about Gligar including age, gender (male), personality, and more. Ash pulls out Gligar's Pokeball and recalls him. He then pushes recieve and another Pokeball appears. Ash throws it and out comes a Snubull. Ash checks the profile seeing that is female.
Ash: "Snubull bite!"
Snubull charges towards Murkrow who just flies above Snubull.
Ash: "Snubull! Headbutt!"
Snubull leaps into the air and hits Murkrow knocking it to the ground, unconcious. Eliza recalls it and fetches a pokeball out of her pocket and puts it in the slot Pokeballs appear in. Ash sees her second black block change into a Haunter. She then throws the Pokeball and releases her Haunter.
Eliza: "My one own Pokemon for the battle. Haunter! Hypnosis!"
Snubull falls asleep almost instantly.

 

[Shadow]

The channeler recieves another Pokeball and throws it revealing Hitmonchan.
Channeler: "Mach Punch!"
Ash: "Fire Blast!"
Hitmonchan dodges Fire Blast and punches Cyndaquil into the air.
Channeler: "Comet Punch!"
Hitmonchan hits Cyndaquil several times, knocking it out. Ash recalls Cyndaquil and pushes a button to get one of the other Pokeballs back.
Ash: "Go Gligar!"
Channeler: "Mega Punch!"
Ash: "Poison Sting!"
Hitmonchan rushes to Gligar, who puts his tail up. Hitmonchan's fist hits Gilgar's spike on its tail, poisoning Hitmonchan.
Ash: "Fury Swipes!"
Gilgar hits Hitmonchan several times sending it flying. Hitmonchan tries to get up, but the poison sets in and knocks it out. The channeler walks over to Ash and hands him a CD.
Channeler: "I believe you get this for winning..."
Ash takes it and his stomach growls.
Channeler: "And the all you can eat, 24 hour buffet is right in the dining room."

 

[Ice demon]

anyway u may want to tone down on the battling after awhile cuz believe me it will start to get boring...................

[Shadow]

Kent and Max walk down a hallway.
Max: "If this list of entrants is correct, then..."
They turn a corner to find Prof. Birch.
Birch: "Hey there Max! It's been a while!"
Max: "You're in this tournament?"
Birch: "Yep. I assume since you have a laptop you are too."
Kent: "Yeah, they let him."
Birch: "And who are you?"
Kent: "I'm Shadow's brother."
Birch: "I see. Are you watching over your older sibling?"
Kent: "Yeah, why are you here?"
Birch: "I just want to see different Pokemon from all around the world where I couldn't normally go. Luckily Shadow Inc. paid for this. And I might be doing a little undercover business on the side. Jenny requested I join. Well Max, how about a warm-up battle for you? I've already won once so I can take a loss."
Max: "Really? Cool!"

 

[Mr Cat Dog]

Well, all I can see physically wrong with it is a couple of typos here and there, which could have been knocked out if done with a spellchecker or word processor of some sort. The storyline is fine, as is everything else about it (I can't comment on many factors as it's a script fic...), apart from the length, which I do believe you can make longer without going into each other's parts in the story. So... keep going. :D

OK... that was a lot of muffins for one kid to eat ^_^

Well, all seems to be going well. The battle though, did seem a bit short. The Combusken probably would have put up a better fight against a Furret, even if it did use Surf. It can't be that powerful, can it? Anyways, I did think it ended a bit too short.

That was really the only thing that I didn't like about this chap. Max having psychic powers is a bit o_O although that did happen a couple of chapters ago... Ah whatever, just keep up the good work. ^_^

[Shadow]

Jessie: "We need to find some rare Pokemon to steal."
Meowth: "We have these PCs, all we have to do is hack them, then we'll be rolling in an infinite amount of Pokemon."
Jessie: "We don't have an axe though."
James: "Meowth, we can't hack these things. Shadow probably has super security on these things and we're not the most computer literate people."
Wobbufett pops out holding a laptop and starts typing. A little ringing sound is heard and a window labeled "Choose your Pokemon" pops up.
Meowth: "Wow, James, you didn't say us Pokemon weren't computer literate."
Wobbufett opens a Pokeball he got transferred to him and a Charizard comes out.
Jessie: "Wobbufett, you're actually working on my like list again."
James: "Wait, perhaps we should win the tournament first, bring Shadow to Giovanni, keep whatever prizes may be involved, and give Giovanni Wobbufett to hack into the system for him."
Jessie: "Sounds good to me."
Meowth: "That's right. Hey, where did you get that laptop from?"
Jessie: "Hey, that's mine! Give that back."
Jessie chases after Wobbufett. Someone runs up and grabs James from behind.
James: "Oh no. It can't be..."
Jessebelle: "James! It's me Jessebelle! I challenge you to a 2 Pokemon each battle, and if you lose you got to marry me."
James: "And if I decline?"
Jessebelle: "I'll drag you to your wedding, alive or unconcious."
James: "OK you got yourself a deal."
Meowth: "James, Wobbufett can't hack for you, he's a little preoccupied."
James: "I don't need him. Go Pokeball!"
James throws the Pokeball and a Grimer comes out.
Meowth: (sarcastically) "I never expected one of those to be in the system."
Jessebelle: "Go Pokeball!"
A Dewgong comes out of the Pokeball.
Jessebelle: "Headbutt!"
James: "Acid Armor!"
Grimer makes itself armor out of its slime and deflects Dewgong's attack.
James: "Sludge Bomb!"
Grimer hurls a ball of sludge at Dewgong who takes a direct hit.
Jessebelle: "Aurora Beam!"
Dewgong fires a shining light at Grimer who can't escape. Grimer gets hit and starts to glow. It grows and evolves into a Muk.
James: "Toxic!"
Muk chases Dewgong, who can't get away since it has a hard time moving on land, and smothers it, severly poisoning it.
Jessebelle: "Dewgong! Sheer Cold!"
Muk instantly freezes and cracks apart. Then Dewgong faints from exhaustion and poison.
James: "One on one now eh?"
Jessebelle: "And I will win."
Wobbufett: "WOBBUFETT!"
Jessie: "GET BACK HERE!"

Top Tower; 8:00 AM
Shadow yawns and walks up to a chair sitting in front of various computer monitors showing several battles.
Kenneth: "Good morning sir."
Shadow mumbles something and turns to look at the computer monitors.
Kenneth: "Several battles are underway. The seeds of our plan are beginning to sprout."
Shadow: "Isn't that supposed to be my line?"
Kenneth: "You seemed too tired to do your evil thing so I figured I'd do it for you."
Shadow: "Whatever. Is the Doom Squad ready?"
Kenneth: "Yes the poorly named group is ready, they have been for two hours."
Nidoking: "Why are you so active this morning?"
Kenneth: "I had lots of coffee."
Shadow: "Send them out. I expect you to be ready to monitor everything in exactly thirty minutes when I'm ready to start my rounds of the castle grounds."
Nidoking: "Oh boy! Noobie hunting."
Shadow: "Yes Nidoking, we're going noobie hunting."
Kenneth: "I'd also like to let you know that through some grunt's mistake, Jessie, James, and Meowth signed up for the tournament. In fact, James is battling right now."
Shadow: "They could be trouble, watch them carefully and amke sure they don't muk things up."
Shadow walks into his private chamber and Kenneth looks at the monitor displaying James' battle.

Jessebelle: "That's right, if you want your mangy mutt back you'll have to marry me."
James: "Don't you call him a mangy mutt! And I won't marry you!"
Jessebelle pushes a button on the cage and it shocks Growly.
James: "Nooo! Growly!"
Jessebelle: "Muahahaha. Now if you want you---"
Jessie: "GET BACK HERE YOU BLOB!"
Wobbufett: "WOBBUFETT!"
Wobbufett runs into Jessebelle sending Growly's cage and Jessie's laptop flying out of their hands. Jessie jumps onto Jessebelle's face and catches her laptop while Growly's cages lands on the floor and he jumps out. Growly leaps into James' arms.
James: "Now to finish this! Chimecho Psychic!"
Jessie gets knocked off of Jessebelle as Vileplume flies into her knocking her through the roof of the castle. A CD drops to the ground and Growly fetches it for James.
James: "Thanks Growly. We're one step closer to the next round and I have my lovely Growly back."

 

[Shadow]

Shadow: "Well at least some good can come out of this."
Nidoking: "What could it possibly be?"
Shadow: "I could sneak into a box, have you mail me to Ash, and poison all of his food while he can't see me cause I'm smaller then a gnome."
Nidoking sighs.
Shadow: "Or just to save on postage and avoid the risk of being stepped on, I'll make an antidote and poison his food anyway. Nidoking! Lift me to the table!"
Nidoking picks up Shadow and puts him on the table. Shadow tries to lift a beaker but it falls on him.
Nidoking: "Want me to help."
Shadow: "No just stand there and look pretty. I can handle this myself Of course I need help!"

Meowth: "Perhaps we should had to the corridor down the hall. There's some isolated trainers down there and it looks like an easy place to ambush people."
James: "What are you talking about?"
Meowth: "The map feature on this laptop shows full 3-D maps of the castle and locations of other trainers."
Jessie: "That better not be my laptop."
Meowth: "No it's mine."
James: "How'd you get that?"
Meowth: "I passed the oral exam."
Jessie: "There was an oral exam?"
Meowth: "I ASKED FOR AN APPLICATION INTO THE TOURNAMENT YOU TWITS!"
James: "Oh i guess that works."
Jessie: "So according to this, the one trainer has a squiggly red Pokemon. And the other at the end of the blue line has a Gastly."
Meowth: "That's MS Paint Jessie. That's a horrible MS Paint drawing you made."
Jessie: "I knew that. I was just put some paint on my desktop through the window to see if you knew that."
Wobbufett pops out and sighs.

 

[Spectrum]

Max: "Hey! I have a set match in a few minutes."
Ash: "Who is it against?"
Max: "Someone named Vito."
Brock: "We better get going. Where is it?"
Max: "It says here that it is in the room at the end of the 64th corridor in section D."

Corridor 64D; Floor 3; Day 2; 8:35 AM
Vito, Vicky, Victor, Victoria, and Vivi Winstrate are walking down the hall.
Vicky: "It sure is nice to find a place with lots of challenging trainers."
Victor: "And a nice place to take a vacation too."
Vivi: "Yeah, England is so..."
Vivi and Vito, who were walking in front, get hoisted into the air by some ropes as smoke fills the corridor.
Jessie: "Prepare for trouble in this dark hallway."
James: "Make it double as you will lose the tournament today."
Jessie: "To pro...."
Victor: "You better make that triple for getting in our way."
Victoria: "Times that by four and come what may."
James: "Your messing u..."
Vicky: "Five comes next, and if you know what's good for you, you'd be on your way."
Meowth: "Is that right?"
Wobbufett: "Wobbufett?"
Jessie: "OK, listen here you."
Jessie, James, Meowth and Wobbufett start to walk towards the Winstrates.
Jessie: "No one, but no one interupts our motto and gets away with..."
The stones Jessie, James, Wobbufett, and Meowth step on collapse and they all fall into a net hanging from the lower floor's ceiling.
James: "Oops, forgot about our castle pitfall."
Jessie: "When I get out of this you're in for the fight of your lives!"

Ash and friends walk up with Max infront.
Ash: "Hey look! It's the Winstrates!"
Max: "So Vito Winstrate is my opponent."
Vito: "I thought it may have been you Max. It's nice to see you all again, but could you get me down from here?"

 

[Spectrum]

*falls over* I wonder where that joke came from? X3

 

[Shadow]

Vito: "Sludge Bomb!"
Max: "Dodge with Agility!"
Flareon runs around the balls of sludge and towards Muk.
Max: "Fire Blast!"
Flareon shoots a blast of fire at Muk.
Vito: "Minimize!"
Muk shrinks down and avoids Flareon's Fire Blast.
Max: "Flamethrower!"
Flareon shoots flames at the mini Muk who dodges them easily due to its super-small size.
Vito: "You can't hit a Muk that small with those hard to control fire moves."
Max: "Who said Flareon was aiming for Muk?"
Muk looks around and notices that he is now on a small chunk of ice floating in water.
Max: "Overheat!"
Flareon shoots a huge pillar of fire at the small ice platform Muk is on, melting it and a large portion of the ice around it. Muk floats to the surface, normal sized, frozen, and knocked out.

Vito: "Go Pokeball!"
Vito throws the Pokeball and a Castform comes out. Castform looks around and shifts into a form resembling an icy tornado.
Max: "Wait, a Castform is only supposed to change with the weather."
Vito: "We're in a castle, outside it's snowing. It's winter here in England you know? Castform can sense the weatehr outside even in here. And now, thank you for revealing that bit of water. Castform, Water Pulse!"
Castform sense a pulse of air going through the bit of exposed water and a strong current blasts up from the ice beneath Flareon.
Vito: "And now that Flareon is all wet, Thunderbolt!"
Castform shocks the Water Pulse-soaked Flareon, knocking it out.
Max: "Flareon, return."

Ash: "How do I de-activate this self-destruct?"
May: "Who cares about your dumb Pokedex? Max's Pokemon just got knocked out."
Brock: "He'll do fine May, relax."
Pokedex: "Detonation in 5...4...

 

[Shadow]

Castform creates a white ball of energy that turns into water. it fires the fall at Meowth.
Max: "Mega Punch!"
Meowth punches the water ball and it bursts into a million drops of water.
Max: "Thunderbolt!"
Meowth sends out a wave electricity through the downpour of rain and shocks Castform.

Jessie: "Thunderbolt? What the f..."
James: "DARN IT! I knew I should have stolen that box of TMs from the Viridian Gym!"

Vito: "Castform! Hail!"
The rain stops, but the clouds remain. A chill goes through the air and sharp pieces of ice start falling from the dark clouds. Meowth jumps around to try and avoid them.
Vito: "Powder Snow!"
A small batch of snow falls from the clouds, creating more ice where it lands.
Max: "Agility!"
Meowth runs through the hail, dodging the small burst of snow, towards Castform.
Max: "Slash!"
Meowth jumps up and slashes Castform knocking it out. Just as Meowth lands, a large batch of hail hits it and and it faints.

Commentary Man: "Both contenders are down to one Pokemon. It's the revolving door of Pokemon! The trainers stare each other down. These Pokemon are looking fierce."
The Commentary Woman whacks the Commentary Man with a small hammer.
Commentary Woman: "Both Max and Vito only have one Pokemon left. Will they use one of their own or leave it up to fate and use a random one from their laptop?"
