I do have a Starmie that has 30/31 in Sp. Atk and Speed, with the standard bulky EV spread.

And okay, though I can't think of a mystical nickname o_o It's current;y called iPwn, so I'll just revert her back to SALAMENCE and meet you on Wi-Fi.

Don't know if you want these but,I know you said no lv.100 but there were ev'd myself. Max spd ninjask and a max spd and atkk garchomp(outrage). both are jolly natured.

Can't remember Ev's on this one. I know it has 252 in spd and I split the rest on hp and atk. I'm original trainer if you don't want this one I can give you a better iv'd one 31/30/31/31/30/31.
