Nope, I've never experienced using IV's, because I've been only used to EV's for the past time. I'll go look it up! Thanksies! Oh, I finally figured them out.

On the first page you're listing some EV'd pokemon are you trading those for shaymin?

I can give you an Aerodactyl with 31 Attack and 31 Speed IV's and I can EV it for you if you want?

Or have I just misunderstood everything?

Well, it ISN'T Level 100. And no, that's still a little vague for IV's. So use its EV's to calculate its IV's?
