Do you find the Wifi-Connector?
If not, then the computer of that guy must be turned off.
In that case try to find a router.

lol its the wifi connetion its self that i use and it might work i wll go try it happen once and a wile i was forced to be off pc for 3 weeks coz o it my thred dided
