Not very often, actually. D: I usually change them if they get dirty or filled with crumbs when I eat. I love my black sheets though so I'm not sure when I'll change them. <3
 
Er...if I'm living with my mom or my aunt, usually once a month when they clean it. On my own? Never, unless something spills on it. I don't see the point, and I can't sleep well when my bed smells like fabric freshener. :/
 
Almost never. I wash my pillowcase often though, like once a week.
