3rd Gen Shiney Zapdos, and other Legendaries?

    Like Zapdos, if you keep talking to their character and then keep restarting the gba and repeating this process over and over again will they ever be shiney?
     
    Apparently so, but the chances of it being shiny are the same as finding one in the wild, so ya could end up resetting for quite a long time.
     
    Btw how does a Shiney Zapdos look?
    Also does every single pokemon in the game have a shiney counterpart? Like Deoxys?
