Shing raichu or shining mewtwo

Advice needed! Which card is better for holding its value I have the chance to get either a psa 10 shining raichu or a psa 9 shining mewtwo. The price difference is minimal.

Any advice appreciated

I would believe the PSA 10, as its a PSA 10. AND it is the big daddy of the poster pokemon of pokemon

Shining Mewtwo is the more popular card iirc.

The Mewtwo is more valuable at the moment but I've seen less of the raichu so could be possible it is the rarer of the two and may hold value longer
