Shinies for IV-Bred Pokemon

I know not a lot of people are willing to trade IV-bred pokemon for mere shinies, but it can't hurt to try. =P I'm not asking for 31 IVs in half the stats or anything, and the moves don't matter to me. I also don't mind if they are cloned, but only if they're decent.

Looking For:
(Any of these need to untouched, have an IV of 23 or higher in at least one desirable stat, and have a decent nature.)

edit: magy base stats at lvl 1from hp to speed.

To check IVs, use an IV Calculator. If you need to do it for level 1, save before you do it, then give it at least two Rare Candies and record the stats for those levels. Then put them in the calculator and you'll at least have a good range.
