4th Gen shinies in dex

if you have a shiny, does it add another form to the form page in your dex?

No, it doesn't... Only gender, deoxys forms, and burmy forms really show up in the dex. ;-;
In the gamecube games, I believe the shiny form does appear in your PDA thing.
