i stll dont thinkits worth it because umbreon would own more than altaria but what moves does it have?
 
It has:
Sky Attack
Ice Beam
Perish Song
Dragonbreath

But if you want I can change the moves a little;)
 
lol that looks hacked sky attack??? and dragon breath lol
 
it's no hack
it learned dragonbreath at lvl 35
and learned sky attack at lvl 70

look it up @ serebii if you dont believe me ;)

just updated so take a look if u need any egg move pokemon ask me im really quick and have nearlly every pokemon

No, it's not ev trained, and it's stats are:
HP: 307
Attack: 178
Defense: 244
Sp. Atk: 154
Sp. Def: 231
Speed: 191
