what is the best way to get shinies
i cant ever get a chain to go past 20 so is there a better easier way

Not that I know of, but you could breed.

Well, Bidoofs always get in my way. But, back to the topic.... You could hack, even though after you did that you couldn't trade here.

Well, I think everyone is missing about the easiest possible way to get a shiny.

Trading!

Just go to the WTC and you'll surely be able to find someone generous enough to get you a shiny.

For Legendaries and Starters you could try soft reseting.

To find shinies, use your Poke'radar and you know how the grass moves, if the grass sparkles go in that area and you'll be sure to find a shiny. May take a couple of times but you'll find a shiny.

The method with the highest chance of encountering shinies is the chaining method, nothing can top that unless you hack shinies which means everyone hates you
