I must say this is a really good build for fun play and orignial at the same time. I would try a Mr. Devon Resarch. Mabye a Challenge out?

ppee_ex: Yes, I have Shining Steelix, but it isn't worth playing in here. Now stop spamming or leave.

Kyouraku: Challenge is a large amount of the basis of the deck (remember, all of the Shinings are basics ;))...and I have no clue what Mr. Devon's Research does--you're talking to someone whose last Pokemon pack purchase was an EX Deoxys pack, and only a couple at that (I stopped when I pulled a defense Deoxys EX).
