Is Shinx a good pokemon,i just went back route 202 to see if there is any pokemon i missed and i saw a shinx and i wanted to know if there are more electric types and if shinx is good

Well, of course, it called "Training". Believe it or not, that's how you can make any Pokemon stronger.

Good idea. Maybe it can be a sticky and we won't have to deal with constant questions like these. That or those constant EV questions despite the guides on PC.
