You should really post this in the Trading section where you'll find people conduct their trading business.

Also, I'm just gonna throw this out to you: A lot of people are just gonna outright tell you that Vivilion aren't competitive Pokemon and you should stick with something else. I love Vivilion, but others are just be all like "Vivilion sucks, use Volcarona" or some other higher-tiered crap.
