c) Japanese, level 5+, ID no: 30719, OT: Negai Boshi/Wishing Star, in pokeball, given away at Japanese Movie Event
d) Japanese, level 5+, ID no: 40707/50707/60707, OT: Tanabata, in pokeball, given away at a Japanese Event.

Shiny Jirachi's are not aloud to be traded on PokeCommunity. Though, if you do find a trade for a shiny Jirachi, I would check the stats before trading it because almost every one is hacked. If you find a leigit one (if you do, you're going to have to offer more than just three shiny Pokemon), then count yourself as a lucky man.

Its extremely unlikely that anyone has found a Shiny Jirachi that is completely legit. Like...the odds of someone finding one that isn't obtained through a cheat is very very small. Like Nacon says, if you do find one that is legit than you'll be one very lucky guy.
