Shiny locked legendaries?

Been watching a few youtube videos where some people are joining into Union Circle and shiny Koraidon and Miraidon are spawning in the overworld?

Crazy, and very confusing.

Been watching a few youtube videos where some people are joining into Union Circle and shiny Koraidon and Miraidon are spawning in the overworld?

Crazy, and very confusing.

In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, all the legendary Pokémon and the starters are shiny locked so far. The YouTubers that you're referring to that have random Pokémon spawning in the overworld are simply using random spawn hacks that are impossible without hacking.
