I got this in trade from one of my friends who says he was apparently playing his older games once again and got this... , here is the info.

Its current level is 71 he says he ev trained it. Anyway, the link trade thing bothers me, i've never really gotten a shiny before, nor have i seen that...

I believe it's hacked. "Arrived" means the Pokemon is from Hoenn or Kanto. Link trade wouldn't match. I'm not 100% sure about this, though.

I also thought the "Link Trade" only happens when you receive an egg from a trade.
I'll look up for confirmation

he might have gave me the wrong one... and i traded him alot for it too :/

I'm not a pokemon legitimacy checking expert but I thought link trade seemed odd to me, when others said kanto, ect.
