I found out later that the blastoise wasn't evd and it is lv. 100 so if you want i will put the stats up ok

Moveset:Earth Power, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Superpower
When you need the pokemon by:ASAP
What level you want the pokemon: 100

Ev Spread: 252 sp.atk, 252 speed, and 4 Hp
Moveset: Wish, Thunder wave, Air Slash, and Aura sphere
When you need the pokemon by: Just get it done as soon or quick as you can. I can wait.
What level you want the pokemon: I usually pefer lv 100 but get to the lv where it is fully ev trained.
