3rd Gen Shiny tips.

    I heard there were many tips/codes,on how to get shiny pokemon.Without a Game Shark,since I don't have one,what tips can help me get shiny pokemon?I haven't even encountered 1.
     
    i just found a shiny brown cacnea.
    u have a better chance of finding a shiny in the safari zone(since they always run away :'( )but the odds arent that great.
    latias/latios also have a better chance.but not that great.
    even in silver version there was a better chance of finding shiny phanpy since it also runs away.
     
    Tips on finding shiny pokemon? How can there be any tips, it's suppose to be all about luck, isn't it?

    Where's the safari zone,in R/S?
     
    it's by the city by mt spirit
     
    *Confused* That doesn't explain much.What route is closest to Mt Spirit?
     
    Safari Zone is west of Lilycove City. The entrance is a small building with 2 trainers near the front (they double battle).
