    Nope...It's not...Sorry..I don't have any shinies yet.Katsuyaki is giving me a shiny eevee so i plan to breed it with my regular eevees to increase the chance of shiny eevee.but ill breed if u need me to
     
    umm sorry to break it to you but breeding a shiny doesnt increase your chances

    though breeding two pokemon from other countries does

    Because theyre gonna be up for trade soon.most traders do that.
