1) If it was Bianca, why wouldn't she have SAID anything in the first place? I don't think she really wanted to run after the boat in the chance to miss them. Latias however really couldn't call out and couldn't transform into a Pokemon in broad daylight.
2) Those that have said "I don't think Latias could draw that!" (I've skimmed over that video before), she didn't! She and Bianca are obviously close seeing as her family has always been protecting Latias and Latios, so I think Latias knew she could take the picture. Bianca might have even made the picture FOR her.
3) She didn't speak, and didn't even make breathing noises. Latias.
4) Who is more important in this movie? Latias or the character of the day/movie, Bianca? Latias.

0) When are we given a hint of Bianca showing even a mild interest in Ash's affection? Half of the movie is about Latias trusting Ash and wanting his affection. That itself should null out Bianca.

Add: I think the whole reason of somewhat making it 'mysterious' ,i.e. obvious to most people but still not outright saying it would be to cover up the whole PokemonxHuman love as it is considered to some bestiality.


The morality of a human and pokemon relationship in a real serious debate, that would be interesting...

I think it was definitely Latias that kissed him.. because think about it, not only did it seem more like Latias, but if it WERE actual, human Bianca they wouldn't have gone as far as kissing. It's Pokemon.. there's never kissing between two humans/main characters in Pokemon.

Plus, part of the point of that movie was Ash bonding with Latias, so it cared about him. owo Bianca and Ash weren't close enough for her to want to run up and kiss him. >_>
