    How do you get up those steps that have one layer of rock below it? If someone could answer it would be great ^_^''
     
    I think it depends on the times, since you can only get to those steps if the cave is flooded (you can get to the shoals by surfing)
     
    when time is 9am-15pm there's water in every place
    and you can surf there in that ladder.
    when time is 15pm-21 there's no water and you can't surf there
     
    overall its based on the tide of the water. just go there evry six hours, see what it is.
     
    It depends on the time of day. Can't remember which hours exactly. Sorry.
