So I wanted to stray away from standard Eel builds and incorporate more anti-Mewtwo, so this is what resulted:

    Pokemon:

    4-Mew(Prime)
    3-Zekrom EX
    1-Zekrom
    2-Mewtwo EX
    3-3-Eelektrik

    T/S/S:

    4-PONT
    2-Juniper
    1-N
    1-Sage's Training
    3-Pokemon Collector

    4-Pokemon Communication
    1-Dual Ball
    4-Junk Arm
    3-Pokemon Catcher
    2-Switch
    3-Eviolite
    1-Pokegear 3.0

    1-Skyarrow Bridge

    Energy:

    4-Prism Energy
    2-DCE
    8-Lightning Energy

    Strategy:

This deck should speak for itself, and Mew essentially just Lost Zones an EX and becomes the glass cannon that it is.

The deck is relatively good, but is there anything else I should consider, other than maybe a Super Rod?

Why the single dual ball? Depending on what you are trying to use it for, a level ball or heavy ball might serve better, eliminate that flippy-ness altogether.
