So, yeah, like the thread title implies, this team most likely fails. I've been notified of a few weaks, but haven't fixed them yet, so yeah...Anyway, on to the RMT~

This set doesn't work. Even if you set up a Nasty Plot with its awful defenses, it's too slow to stay alive. This set also loses to the most common pokemon on shoddy right now in Heatran, and any form of Gengar or Azelf can easily take this out on the revenge.

If you want to sweep with Porygon-Z, I used this set over Starmie on Team Orb for a few battles and it dominated:

    Porygon-Z @ Life Orb
    Trait: Download
    EVs: 64 HP / 192 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Agility
    - Dark Pulse
    - Hidden Power [Fighting]
    - Tri Attack

This will outspeed timid scarfgar after Agility. Its real power comes from Download, so it takes some smart play to get it in and beat things up. If you don't like it being so unreliable, you can use Adaptability, though I doubt it would work as well.

The Sandstorm on your team really hurts this though, especially with Stealth Rocks everywhere. I would consider just replacing it since it'll die so quickly.

    Hippowdon (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Atk/152 Def/88 SDef
    Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    • Earthquake
    • Stealth Rock
    • Slack Off
    • Ice Fang

Give it max defense, and it needs every point of it. I don't see the point of 16 attack EVs or all of those special defense EVs (besides maybe mixed Electivire, which admittedly sweeps your entire team).

I would also consider Toxic over Ice Fang on this set. You have a lot of trouble dealing with bulky waters, where you pretty much hope Blissey or Blastoise can stall them out (and when one of them can set up on both pokemon and another can BP Substitutes in their faces, that's not a good idea).

    Tyranitar (M) @ Choice Band
    Ability: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    • Crunch
    • Stone Edge
    • Earthquake
    • Pursuit

It's good. I honestly think Focus Punch is a much better choice over Earthquake, as it hits harder, especially on those bulky fighters.

    Weezing (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP/176 Def/80 SAtk
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    • Thunderbolt
    • Explosion
    • Pain Split
    • Fire Blast

Like the choice since everything on this team is massacred by fighters. I must ask where WoW is on this set though. I would definitely use it over Thunderbolt or better yet Explosion. It's one of Weezing's best selling points. Also, use flamethrower over Fire Blast. The extra power doesn't ever help.

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 40 HP/252 Def/216 SDef
    Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    • Softboiled
    • Thunder Wave
    • Ice Beam
    • Seismic Toss

Standard Blissey lol. Now and especially with Garchomp gone, Ice Beam is inferior to the much more useful Flamethrower, so I would definitely use it. It hits Lucario, Hera, and Meta on the switch (though Thunder Wave messes them up pretty good already).

    Blastoise (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Torrent
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 SAtk
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    • Surf
    • Rapid Spin
    • Toxic
    • Ice Beam

This thing is trash. It can't counter anything, check anything, and obviously it can't revenge kill anything. Blastoise is kind of like Cresselia with way worse defenses. It's beyond easy to set up on and it just doesn't do anything. Toxic is helpful but it doesn't really save Blastoise from being one of those pokemon that stops something like Heatran and then just sits there. I would seriously consider using another bulky water over this, since Blastoise's only advantage over them in Rapid Spin is pretty much useless as well.

If you want to use it, this set you have currently will be okay, but I would use HP Electric over Rapid Spin to cover up a Gyarados problem of yours (Weezing really can have trouble).

EDIT: This is a D|P team, BTW.

I really don't think Hippowdon or Tyranitar are actually helpful here. All they do is take away everything else's health or Leftovers recovery. I don't see what CBtar actually kills that this team can't handle outside of Cresselia, who happens to have access to Thunder Wave and Reflect.

You could argue the usefulness of the best physical wall in the game, but I seriously doubt you want it when nothing on your team can do any damage back fast enough. Something like SD Gallade can basically 6-0 this team.

I would seriously rework this team. There are a lot of weaknesses and this team really is one of those that sits there and doesn't really do anything. Toxic Spikes is another huge problem. Rain Dance is equaklly troubling.

So yeah, I would reevaluate your pokemon selections and how this team is structured and how it operates. I really don't see this working against well thought-out OU teams.

I agree. Blissey should have flamethrower instead of ice beam. Also your team has a big weakness against milotic or in fact any water type with half decent SDef. This becomes a bigger problem if you decide to change your porygon-z as shown above. I'd advise changin hippowdon to possibly jolteon, but u'd have to do some research on that yourself.
