Infernape @ Expert Belt (I hate Life Orb, and I might need a resist this thing has)
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
    Nature: Jolly (Spd+/SAtk-)
    - Swords Dance
    - Blaze Kick
    - Close Combat
    - Thunderpunch

Weavile leads hate this since they can only 2HKO unless they carry Aerial Ace and I'll OHKO back with SE STAB. Dance when I can and hit hard physically. Since most Infernape are special, switching Psychic-typed special walls into this just gets you killed.

    Crescelia @ Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP / 104 SDef / 88 SAtk / 66 Def
    Nature: Calm (SDef+/Atk-)
    - Rest
    - Psychic
    - Thunder Wave
    - Charge Beam

Crescelia blocks most special threats and can counter mixed sweepers like standard Infernape. Thunder Wave to paralyze fast sweepers and prevent them from sweeping. Charge Beam to destroy Gyarados and boost my own power so I can actually deal good damage with Psychic. Rest is so I don't get owned by a Moltres of my own design.

    Gliscor @ Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP / 12 Atk / 244 Def
    Nature: Impish (Def+/SAtk-)
    - Roost
    - Earthquake
    - Aerial Ace
    - Rock Slide

Pretty bog standard Gliscor, designed to beat Scarfcross. Helps with Tyranitar too, and can counter other physical threats. Rock Slide to beat Flying threats.

    Magmortar @ Choice Scarf
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 208 Spd / 50 HP
    Nature: Timid (Spd+/Atk-)
    - Fire Blast
    - Focus Blast
    - Hidden Power [Dark/Grass]
    - Thunderbolt

Magmortar has 125 base SAtk, so I thought it would be a good choice for a Scarf user on the special side. The speed allows it to outspeed neutral natured Scarfed 90 base speed Pokemon (Lucario's speed group, and if one has good offensive power it would get scarfed)

    Lapras @ Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
    Nature: Bold (Def+/Atk-)
    - Roar
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Rest

I messed with the EVs a bit so I laugh at Garchomp's Outrage and OHKO back with 4x SE STAB Ice Beam. I picked Lapras so I'd have STAB on Ice Beam and not have to worry about OHKOing Garchomp. Roar since Lapras doesn't get Haze according to Serebii (why the f*** not), and Thunderbolt to OHKO Gyarados back and hit other bulky Waters hard.

    Lucario @ Leftovers
    EVs: 32 HP / 44 Def / 232 Spd / 202 Atk
    Nature: Impish (Def+/SAtk-)
    - Sky Uppercut
    - Crunch
    - Earthquake
    - Extremespeed

This is the weirdest Lucario set in the history of Lucario, but it's designed to counter Choice Banded/Scarfed Tyranitar, who rips me apart. Lucario is EVed such that Adamant CBTar Stone Edge is a 3HKO every time, outspeed 252 Jolly CBTar, and OHKO back any Tyranitar with 4x SE STAB. ExSpeed counters any Reversal use someone might have on their team and beats Ninjask.

    - Rock Slide Stone Edge can critical hit and beat flying types as well, so you might want SE > Rock Slide.

    Nature: Impish (Def+/SAtk-)
    - Low Kick
    - Aerial Ace
    - Earthquake
    - Extremespeed AA kind of fails TBH, and Fire Fang helps with steels a tad bit so use Fire Fang > Aerial Ace.

Comments in bold, I'm not sure about the others, but I'm just skimming over this for now. <D

BE wary of Weavile Sword Dance leads too, Focus Sash will ruin your plan, then do some devistating damage to the rest of the team. You might want to try Hippowdon opening because your team would be fine with Stand Storm around as well. Something like the standard Physical Wall Hippo:

    Hippowdon (F) @
    Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Nature: Impish
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Fang
    -Roar
    -Slack Off

Earthquake for a good STAB. Ice Fang to help with Aerodactyl and Salamence ( Non-specs of course). Roar to add phazing to your team. Slack Off to laugh at physical sweepers.

I would still keep the Ape around in place of Magmortar, and switch it to mix. If you are intent on keeping him physical I would recommend Flare Blitz in place of Blaze Kick; you do not want him missing with his STAB. And with it being his STAB the power goes from being 127.5 to 180. I think it is a bad idea to relay on Infernape's resistances anyway due to how frail he is and would rather bolster what he does best in walking over teams once their Ape counter is gone.

And I second the change of Aerial Ace to Fire Fang on Lucario. Gliscor can take on most fighters already.

Infernape @ Expert Belt (I hate Life Orb, and I might need a resist this thing has)
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
    Nature: Jolly (Spd+/SAtk-)
    - Swords Dance
    - Blaze Kick
    - Close Combat
    - Thunderpunch Stone Edge

Just go with Stone Edge. It is more reliable in hitting things you can't hit for SE. Considering Flare Blitz would be a good idea, but I guess you don't want to die from the recoil.

    Crescelia @ Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP / 104 SDef / 88 SAtk / 66 Def
    Nature: Calm (SDef+/Atk-)
    - Rest
    - Psychic Sleep Talk
    - Thunder Wave/Ice Beam
    - Charge Beam

You may want to consider Sleep Talk and Ice Beam, or else Cress is set up fodder for a lot of things, even if Thunder-Wave cripple them slightly. Ice Beam lets you hit Garchomp; something you should be countering. Keep Charge Beam, it helps you counter Gyarados.

    Gliscor @ Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP / 12 Atk / 244 Def
    Nature: Impish (Def+/SAtk-)
    - Roost
    - Earthquake
    - Aerial Ace
    - Rock Slide Taunt

You won't be doing anything to Gyarados and friends with Rock Slide. Even Stone Edge does meh damage. If you want an offensive Gliscor, try something like this:

    Gliscor @ Leftovers
    Jolly
    Hyper Cutter
    200 Att/120 HP/188 Spe
    Swords Dance
    Roost
    Earthquake
    Ice Fang/Aerial Ace/Stone Edge

    Magmortar @ Choice Scarf
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 208 Spd / 50 HP
    Nature: Timid (Spd+/Atk-)
    - Fire Blast
    - Focus Blast
    - Hidden Power [Dark/Grass] Hidden Power [Ice/Dragon]
    - Thunderbolt

Go with Hidden Power Ice or Dragon or this is set up bait for Salamence and Garchomp. HP Dragon has much better coverage letting you hit everything in the game for neutral, whereas Ice hits the dragons and friends harder.

    Lapras @ Leftovers
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
    Nature: Bold (Def+/Atk-)
    - Roar
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Rest

Good, might want to Rest-Talk, or again, set up bait.

    Lucario @ Leftovers
    EVs: 32 HP / 44 Def / 232 Spd / 202 Atk
    Nature: Impish (Def+/SAtk-)
    - Low Kick Force Palm/Aura Sphere/Vaccum Wave
    - Aerial Ace
    - Earthquake
    - Extremespeed

There are better choices than Low Kick. Honestly, any fighting move will do a hefty amount to T-tar. With Low Kick, you only have a Base 60 damage to Blissey, something this guy should be countering effectively. Force Palm can help cripple swith ins.
Comments in bold. Please consider a few of these things.

252 Atk Adamant Scarf Garchomp Outrage vs Psyche Lapras: 39.00%-45.69%, so it's a 3-4HKO with Leftovers. I went with Lapras over Vaporeon so that I could pump defenses without worrying about whether Ice Beam OHKOs because now I have STAB.

Also, Lucario, like Infernape, gets Blaze Kick, so if I do put a Fire move on Luke, it'll be Blaze Kick because of the power boost. AA was for Hera specifically (Luke does to Hera what it does to Tar), but Blaze Kick works too against it.

As far as SD Focus Sash Weavile leads are concerned, they dance and I hit with Ape, they survive it. I bring in Luke, ExSpeed and kill it. That's why I gave Luke priority, to kill stuff that Endures for some reason (Focus Sash, Reversalers, etc.).

I thought about Force Palm too, though it suffers the same problem against Bliss as Low Kick. I'd be better off to go with Sky Uppercut in that case.

As far as Rock moves on Gliscor are concerned, I was actually more aiming to kill Staraptor/Charizard/etc. than Gyarados. If I was aiming to beat Gyara I would have put Thunder Fang.

And if they decide to Brick Break on this switch? Not many (good) Weavile's carry Aerail Ace. They'll usually use Brick Break.

You can use Close Combat on Lucario. ;) You can also always use Ice Fang on Gliscor to deal with Dragons like Salamence and Dragonite. (don't say Garchomp, SD Outrage or Dragon Claw is too much for it to handle)

I think he wants his Lucario to be able to stand Stone Edges from Tar. Lowering defenses too much will make it so he cannot accomplish that and will have to flee.

The only thing i have is to put focus sash on ape instead of black belt.

This will let you safetly get a SD in or survive a lucario extremespeed and ohko back.

    just an idear. ^_^

Focus Sash gets ruined by Sandstream, SR, etc...Don't use it on Ape.

Focus Punch > Blast on Mortar for Blissey. Also why is it Timid? I would use Modest or Mild.

In play testing I found a weakness none pointed out. I don't have anything that can kill Crescelia. I replaced AA/Blaze Kick on Luke with Crunch since it's SE and helps me with that issue, and I might go with Specs > Scarf on Magmortar. I don't need it to outspeed Scarfcross anyway since I pwn him already.

252 SAtk Specs Timid Magmortar vs Psyche Crescelia (the one I'm running on this team) is a 2-3HKO with Fire Blast, Modest is a definite 2HKO. If I take off the Scarf, then I'm trying to outspeed Suicune and since Cune doesn't run much speed, max speed Modest is plenty.

Also replaced Low Kick with Sky Uppercut because of the power issue vs Bliss.
