Other: There's two things I wanna ask. One, is that the text looks like it's frozen solid with icicles on the bottom of it. Second is can I have an avatar of it showing just Vaporeon with "Iced" on the bottom.

I have the All we need is love banner. I want you to know that I STARTED off doing what you wanted, but it looked like Sh- ermm... crap, so I did it larger. I'll redo it though smaller, but to be honest with you, I kind of suck with small banners.
