hey reena i need some more palcity lucario's once ur done with the previous orders. i need three again cause lots of people want them.

srry I'm fairly new, can you explain what EV means?
Since I don't know what it is, I'll list several more that I have
shiny Gardevoir (lv 60),shiny Weaville (lv.56) and shiny Duclops (lv.38)

hmph- hmmm... that will take alot of time explaining what ev is so if you can go to serebii.net you can check for yourself. If you don't have other offers hmm let see what can I do. What ball is your shiny latias in?

wow, those are fairly complicated. all the pokemon I've offer are maxed out with protein and the other stat boosting items
