Thanks for the assumption. It was received from a friend of mine who RNGs, something i've tried and failed at many times.

Hatched from the day-care people. Looks pretty legit to me, or I wouldn't be attempting to trade it :]

well the chances of perfect IV's are like 1in50000 then shiny pokemon is 8100 so the chance sare like 1in a million literally ;p
