should hacked legal pokemon be allowed

Hacking is cheating in my eyes. Game Freak and Nintendo don't want hackers. They didn't intend for there to be hackers. If they didn't mind it, than why would they try to stop hacked pokemon get through wonder trade, pokebank, and gts? It isn't fair either, be because some people don't have the resources to hack. Those people are at a disadvantage. Hacking should continue to not be allowed.
