Question: Should I get a grey repuation block?

    In my received reputation I have a grey reputation block on my post in Top 10 most unusual Pokemon designs July 12th, 2009 04:58 PM.

    There isn't a comment, and it's the same block people have when they have disabled their reputation. I'm not sure what this means. Does it mean I got some reputation that was then deleted?

    I'm confused :/
     
    It means someone who has no rep power tried to rep you. It happens especially with new people with low rep. It's called "Neutral Rep"
