4th Gen Should i just restart?

So right now, i have all 8 badges and im at the elite four, i tried and failed, i got to the third guy...My pokemon team: This may change but this is wat i used for the first elite for try
Graveler lvl 47 Moves:Earthquake, Rock Climb Double edge Rock smash
Luxray lvl 47 Moves: Strength Spark Thunder Fang Crunch
Torterra Lvl 47 Moves: Earthquake Crunch Cut Razor Leaf
Staraptor lvl 48 Moves:Fly Endeavor Aerial ace, Cloce Combat
Golduck lvl 47 moves: Waterfall, Zen Headbut, Surf, Disable
Dialga lvl 51 Moves: Metal Claw, AncientPower, Dragon Claw, Roar of time


Should i just restart? or should i change pokemon? My birthday is in less then two weeks and i was going to ask for pokemon Platinum, HeartGold/Soulsilver so should i just wait cause my games not completly screwed up? or should i delete my file?

What you need is to grind.
These lvls are too low.
Get them to mid 50' and you'll be fine! :)

Yeah...can you trade? Either over wi-fi, or if you have two DS consoles. Because evolving Golem will help, his defense stat is monstrous, and could come in very useful.

I CAN trade, but the security on my internet for some reason wont let me connect to wifi on my ds, so ide need 2 ds's, plus ide think that is i trade on wifi ide lose my graveler/golem for something else i didnt rly want

Also, I have a magikarp i was training and a cranidos, should i chage any onf my line for those 2?
