4th Gen Should I use Rampardos?

I used Rampardos on my in-game team...I wouldn't totally suggest it for true competitive battling, though. It may have the highest Attack of any non-legendary/uber, but it's defenses are where my discontent comes from. However, he is surprisingly fast enough to OHKO a lot of things.

If you are going to use him, go with Adamant. Impish would raise his Defense, but still wouldn't be enough to make him any less weak than he already is. Adamant ensures that he can OHKO with only the worry of being outrun by the enemy.

If you're looking for a decent Physical Sweeper along his lines, might I suggest Metagross? Lower Attack (only by a pinch, though), but high enough defenses to be able to do the same (and more!) damage as Rampardos.

I could use Meti.So If I use Rampy, them I should switch it out when a Special Sweeper comes in?
 
Metagross is screwed If ya use Earthquake. My worst enemy. (Second really. FIGHTING IS.)
 
A Choice Scarf Rampardos would be a good idea. As this overcomes its slowness in order to make it a lean mean speed sweeping machine. As for nature, go with Adamant or Jolly.
