I'd honestly want to try a "Ninteneko" if it came out, as I've always wanted a pet cat. They seriously should do it. Only the Americans and other English-speaking people wouldn't get the name. Pretty good though.

Cats can't be trained and they aren't particularly loyal. They only stay where they get the best treatment. There aren't any competitions they can be entered in besides everyday cat shows and (aside from a couple of breeds) you don't need to walk them.

All of that added together = an idea for a game which just wouldn't work :D unless it was about watching your pet sleep for 3/4 of the day and letting it out for regular toilet breaks.

well i for one think it would make a great game...i mean yea you can watch it sleep but you can play with them and they are very funny use catnip and dress them and put bows on their ears...and you can do different things....and just love them....

I heard that there isn't a chance at all that they're gonna do it, even though Nintendo are thinking up a version with Pokemon.
Plus, they only did Nintendogs because Japan love dogs, mostly, and some people in Japan, eat cats. x.o

But maybe it could be called "Kittendo?" It sounds better than "Nintencats" in my opinion.

You can make money off cats. Plus, with a harness you can take them for walks. They have cat shows where they judge cats with the best responsibility, And I suppose they could make a cat trick show. Cats are smart animals. (My cat can fetch. :3)
