I really need your help getting a Gen 4 Female Snorunt Timid Naure that has learned TM Move Water Pulse it's a Gen 4 move only for Snorunt so it must bred and taught Water Pulse in Gen 4. Must be unbattled because I am going to EV train it.

Gender: Female
Nickname: Rowan
Shiny: N/A (Gen 4)
Nature: Timid
Ability: Inner Focus or Ice Body is fine
Egg Moves: None just teach TM Move Water Pulse
IVs: 31 IVs in Speed, Special Attack and Special Defense

I will trade you Lugia, Phione and a shiny Sewaddle those are literally all I have worth trading and I really need this Snorunt and I would really appreciate it if you help me.
