Kayley sighed, abruptly halting her search for her wallet. She had more than enough on her to pay for everyone, but if they said so.. Well, she was going to pay Jena back later, maybe while they were on the ferry.

Fishy snickered at the counter lady when Cascade scared her, although he was saddened when the other Mudkip hopped off.

{Meh.. You could've exploited her weakness.. Jumped on that computer of hers.. Would've given her a real scare.} Fishy commented, although he said nothing more on the manner.
 
OCC: Well.. Flissie's not arty though.. Flissie's good at.. *hints hints* some help here yibber..

"I'll pay!!" Silver insisted passing some money to Jena..

"Well.. and I don't need you to care.. I want to lead life the way I want my life to be.. I don't need care.. I don't want anyone to care.. I just want Yukari to understand that I really want her to understand that there's nothing wrong about being a trainer's Pokemon.." Silver changed the subject totally in just a few words..

"Replying to your question.. See how much I care for Yukari.. I still get nithing but his rebellious behaviour in the end.. She don't even care if I existed..." Silver continued..

"Ah...."Jena raised a finger,trying to think of what to say next.

"You can relate to Zach,can't you?I just think that Luka and Yukari need some time to adjust to being around humans."the girl stated,rather happy that Sliver didn't get angry at her like she did back at the center.

{Hey,Jena said get off,so I get off,anyways,I managed to see her face,boy!She looked like she'd seen a monster!!}Cascade smiled at Fishy.

{Cassy,you ARE a monster.}Ryne corrected the Mudkip,before covering her mouth with one hand,the Ralts started laughing.Cascade's eyes however,widened as he saw Ryne laugh.

{Ryne!Ryne said something funny!!}he shouted out,running around franticly,kipping over and over again.

Then,the girl heard Sliver.

"Well.. and I don't need you to care.. I want to lead life the way I want my life to be.. I don't need care.. I don't want anyone to care.. "

"Don't say that!"this time,Jena was actually scolding Sliver.

"How can you be a good trainer,and let your pokemon respect you if you don't even respect yourself!Saying that you don't need care!That you don't want care,if you don't have care,how're you supposed to give care to your pokemon??And if you don't give care to your pokemon,I can certainly see why they're rebellious,but,Miruka isn't is he?"Jena stopped,taking a breath.

"If you want Yukari to start showing you respect,and treating you like a friends and trainer,who'd better start letting people care about you!And,I'm going to be the first one!"Jena finished,she hesitated a little,before bringing the girl into a half-hug.

"I think that you'll be a great trainer,and your pokemon will respect you soon,just,try to let people care for you."she told Sliver,letting go of the girl.

Jena mentally shrugged,this was actually one thing her mother and father taught her about being a trainer,hard to beleive that she actually managed to remember it,and tell it to another person!

Kayley tilted her head at the happenings between Jena and Silver, not really wanting to interupt and make the situation seem any more awkward. Silently, she decided to just walk the rest of the distance to the dock, squinting into the distance, which was covered in ocean.

But, she could definitely make out the distant shape of a ferry plowing through the water, heading their way.

"Nothing left to do now but wait." She said absent-mindedly, sighing as her mind became cluttered with thoughts of the future ahead of the group.

Fishy giggled slightly at Cascade's reply.

{Yeah.. Kay-Kay would've done the same thing.. Ah, but we shall return someday and scare her again, maybe even after we've evolved! That'll get 'er.} His giggle turned into a slightly more sinister chuckle, although it was really fake, and anyone who thought he was actually evil was probably a loon. {I envision it.} He concluded, his eyes sparkling again.

Fang gave a cry of joy at the sight of the ocean. He launched himself into the air, and threw himself off the dock. For a moment, it looked like he would hit the water...then he spread his wings, caught the wind and soared upwards towards the sun.

Maxie sheilded her eyes with her hand, watching the little pokemon somersault and piroette in mid-air. Considoring he was a nocturnal pokemon, his love for the sun on his back was almost unmatched.
She turned, just as Kayley spoke. Maxie had followed her without realising it. "Waiting's not that bad," she told the girl, "It just makes what comes next seem even better."

{ooc| curse y'all for posting when I was fast asleep in bed.
My gran has lots of goldfish in her pond, plus a HUGE ghost koi (think a japanese koi, but a sort of white-with-gold colour) that we call Boris. All her fishies have babies, and little black splotches swim around the pond.
*laughs evilly at Melissa's comment* aaaaah, hormones. >=)}

Jena followed Maxie and Kayley to the docks,gripping the tickets tightly in one hand,the other on the strap of bag.

"Yeah,its true,waitings not bad,not bad at all!"Jena commented at Maxie's statement,smiling at Fang as he did somersaults here and there.

{Oooohh,}Cascade,for a moment,was captivated by the zubat's graceful movements in the air,before replying to Fishy.

{I forget,what do we evolve into again??}Cascade asked Fishy.

{Cassy,you're going to evolve into a Swampert,remember?Sir told you and Jena the last you asked him!}Ryne told the Mudkip,who simply stared blankly back at the Ralts.

{I forget,yes?}

{I think so.}the Ralts nodded her head,enjoying how Fang managed to fly with the morning wind.

{Wish I could fly...}Cascade said,before waving his front legs,like they were wings.

"Cassy,you can't fly!"Jena laughed at her Mudkip,who closed his eyes and tried to concentrate on 'flapping' his paws.

{Those scary pokemon and humans,I was just watching them and now,what do they choose to do?Try and follow me!Following me is what they are trying to do!Trying to follow me!}the Wurmple thought to himself from inside another bush positioned just behind where the two girls and their pokemon were standing.
The Wurmple had made a fast enough getaway the last time,this time though,he didn't want to leave,he liked the girl with the torn skirt.

{What she says is correct,correctness is in what she says,}he mumbled to himself,what she had said to the girl in the helmet really had its own meaning.He was interested by her the moment Aunty Beautifly flew past him,telling him to keep away from the loony human.Being rather bold and daring,the Wurmple wanted to see for himself what all the fuss was about.He followed the girl to the town and now was in this tough predicament.
He shifted uneasily from his spot in the bush,the leaves were so ticklely.He really wanted to join them,hearing about the adventures,he always wanted to become like his mother,one of the prettiest Beautiflies in the whole forest.Maybe the adventure would make him stronger,let him evolve and become a Beautifly,yes!

{Okay...}the Wurmple took a deep breath before jumping out of the bush infront of the two girls.

"Wurmple!!!"

Jena stared in amazement as the bug pokemon jumped out from the bushes behind them,not knowing what to do.
Cascade had stopped trying to fly and his jaw dropped,seeing the bug pokemon with so many spikes on his body.Ryne,who was also staring at the new pokemon,absent mindely pushed the Mudkip's mouth shut.

"I know that," Kayley said in response to Maxie. "I was just saying that it was all we could do.." She trailed off, before just like most of the group, becoming entranced by Fang as he soared through the air in graceful patterns.

That soon entered when a Wurmple suddenly leapt out of the bushes, crying out ever-so cutely as he popped out.

A blood vein instantly became visible on Fishy's head. {Hey!} The Mudkip shouted, almost forming a growl, but not quite, because such an act was unnatural to him. {I'm the random one around here! Well, most random, anyways.. However! That is still something I am good at! So, like, I proclaim unto thee.. What the hey?}

Kayley stared down at the creature in shock, wondering what the heck it was doing, although not quite like Fishy.

Suddenly, she erupted into a flurry of emotion.

"Aw.. It's sssoooo cute.." Kayley whispered, gazing at the worm-like Pokemon with sparkling eyes.

{Kay, now I'm pissed.. I thought I was cute, Kay-Kay!} The Mudkip wailed, having a breakdown.
 
"Well... it won't be too long, at least..."
She watched Fang for a while longer, as he created swooping arcs in the air. Finally, he beat his wings and returned to his trainer's side, panting heavily. Zubats weren't built for soaring- sharp bursts from tree-to-tree was more his speciality. Maxie petted him
"You're so weird..." she said fondly, tickling him under the chin, "You're the only zubat I know that loves the sun and sea!"
Fang chirruped happily. {Yep, that's me!}

Maxie watched the wurmple closely. It was obvious from her expression that she wasn't as enchanted with the bug type as Kayley was. "I prefer weedle," she told the group, "I like their button noses."
Maxie also had a love for beedrils - which was probably the real reason. Maxie didn't judge pokemon on looks alone - more on their usefullness as an ally. Wurmple evovled into Beautifly...which wasn't much use. It was a flimsier version of butterfly. And it had that creepy long tongue... uuurgh.

"What's a Wurmple like you doing out in the town,and at a dock??"Jena slowly picked up the Wurmple,remembering that most of his species would be found in forests.

"Wurmple.."the Wurmple cooed a meaningless cry,cuddling in the girl's arms.Ignoring Maxie's comment on Weedle being cuter,what mattered to him was going on an adventure with the amazing girl and evolving.

"Ah."Jena sweatdropped,did the Wurmple like her or something?

{Hey now Fishy,someone's jealous,yes?}Cascade poked the Mudkip beside him teasingly with one paw.

{I think,that you're having a breakdown,Fishy.}Ryne patted the Mudkip softly on the back.
{And,you are cute.}

{Yay!!}

{Hello,is this your trainer?She's awfully nice,infact,she very nice,she's nice very awfully!}the Wurmple looked down to Fishy,Cascade and Ryne.Taking note,also to glance at Fang.
 
{Not my Trainer, no, Kay-Kay is.} Fishy said, in reply to the Wurmple, rather glumly. Ryne and Cascade's words hadn't really affected him. {She be very weird at times, but she's a great mommy, so it doesn't really matter. KAY-KAY! TELL ME I'M CUTE!!!} Fishy wailed, thoroughly saddened.

Kayley was snapped out of her trance at Fishy's exclamation. Plucking the Mudkip off her shoulder, she stared at him awkwardly, then replied.

"Well, of course, you're cute, silly. You know I've always thought that." She smiled, putting him back on her shoulder and patted the Mudkip on the head.

Fishy sighed with visible relief, sinking into a relaxing position on Kayley's shoulder.

"As for Beedrill.. Yeah, I haven't really noticed how cute they were before." Kayley pondered as she turned to Maxie again. "Plus, Beedrills are pretty cool." She paused, slipping into silent thought once more.

{Oh,okay!I understand!Understand I have,underdstanding is one of the things I do!}the Wurmple smiled at Fisht,actually,the Wurmple's mouth couln't be seen,but they just knew that he was smiling.

{Yeah,Jena's great ain't she??}Cascade nodded in agreement at the Wurmple's words.The Wurmple immediately nodded his head,nodding so hard that it would've flown of if it wasn't attached to the rest of his tiny body.

"Do you have a trainer??"Jena asked the bug type,who quickly shook his head,staring at the girl with his yellow eyes,using one tiny leg to point to himself,before pointing to the girl.

"What??Me?Be your trainer??"the girl seemed to understand the movements of pokemon to a certain extent,surprised by what the Wurmple was saying.

"Is it me??I think I'm seeing things,the Wurmple was gesturing to him and me,I think he wants me to be his trainer.."the girl looked for support from the two girls.
 
"The first pokemon me and Fang ever battled alone was a beedrill. The trainer was this annoying bugcatcher, God, he thought his pokemon was 'da bomb'. When me and Fang beat him, he swore for hooours."
She counted off on her fingers. "Anyway, I thought they were weak for a bit. Then I met someone who trained them for their stings - which, I was told, when stewed in the right way is a good healer. His were awesome."
For a moment, she simply grinned at Fang. They bat was baring his fangs at the Wurmple, growling and gnashing his jaws in an attempt to look ferocious. Somehow, it didn't work. Maybe it was his little hair tuft that covered one side of his face, but he always looked angelic.
"What are we waiting for, anyway?" Maxie asked grudgingly. As they say, Maxie had never been 'the brightest cake on the candle' and more often than not she got things compeltely wrong.

{ooc| I gotta do my humanities homework at the same time... an essay on this statement. 'The dominent gender in Christianity is the male'. BLAH. xP I come from a really unreligious family, so this is REALLY boring my socks off...}
 
Kayley shrugged, not knowing of what to do, really.

"Well, it looks like he really likes ya.. And now he wants you to be his Trainer. Why don't you go ahead and accept? It's not like it's a bad thing.." Kayley trailed off, tilting her head.

{And then we may have random contests everyday!} Fishy blurted out, his eyes gaining an insane look to them. {So that everyday, you will all recognize the true randomness in me!} He cackled a bit before continuing. {Plus, then you guys can become random as well, which is very much a good thing.}

"Eh.. And Maxie.. We're waiting for the ferry.." Kayley said in response to her other companion, a sweat-drop forming rather quickly.

"Huh?Me be the Wurmple's trainer??"at that moment the Wurmple jumped out of the girls arms and landed on the dock,circling the girl,nodding his head,before hugging Jena's leg.

"Wha-?"the girl was really getting flustered by the behaviour of the Wurmple.Slowly prying him from her left leg and holding him in her arms.The Wurmple took a glance at Fang,bearing his fangs(XD) and merely cocked his head.

{Hey,you look a little cute,looking cute you do,a little,you have a little cuteness!}he remarked,before snuggling in Jena's arms again.

{Uh,Fishy,are you okay??}Cascade asked the Mudkip with a worried tone in his kip.

"Yeah,the lady said the ship would be arriving in ten minutes,and judging by the time we spent here."

A ship's horn sounded from the distance,signalling its arrival.Jena smiled and snapped her fingers.

"Right on schedule!"
 
Kayley looked towards the ferry as well, smiling a bit at it's arrival. Now their journey had truly began, especially in the sense that they at least had a sense of where they were going.

"Well, come on, let's go." Kayley stated calmly, walking over to where the ferry was docking, the man driving the boat honking the horn again. That was where the girl stopped. After all, Jena was the one with the tickets.

Fishy blinked, staring at Cascade for a long while before he was unable to hold it any longer, his laughter bursting out in long, gleeful chuckles.

{Dang, you actually believed that insane act? Wow, that was unexpected. But fun.} The Mudkip finished, his fit of laughter dying down with his words as he grinned yet again.

Hey,Kayley,tickets!!"Jena giggled as she ran after the girl,waving the tickets in one hand,while carrying the Wurmple in the other.

{Uh.....What??}Cascade was deeply mystified by Fishy,not wanting to understand the Mudkip,instead,wanting to be better friends with him now more than ever!

{Hey,how do you manage to change your mood,its fun,yes?}the Mudkip ran and stopped at Kayley's feet,shouting to the pokemon on her shoulder.

{Really,must we run,Feebas knows what'll happen if one falls.}Ryne sighed,quickening her pace to catch up with her trainer and Cascade.

"Whoa!!"Jena lost her footing on the slippery deck,the girl flew past Kayley,nearly hitting her,and managed to stop right infront of the ship.

"You okay,lass?Sliding around on the deck like a bunch of punks,one day you all'll know what happens!"the ticket man was rather old,a long white beard on his face,and bushy eyebrows to match.He frowned at Jena before taking the tickets in her hand.

"We?What're you waiting for??Get on the boat!"he told the trainers in a stern voice.

"Punks."he mumbled under his breath,though loud enough for the girl to hear.She turned away from the cranky man and waved to the rest.

"Come on!!Get on board already!!"the girl was extremely happy,once she got off the island,she'd sure be safe from her parents finding her,or at least,so she thought.

Whew, I have to take supportive Physics lessons two hours every Saturday morning so I'd really appreciate it if you lot didn't hijack the whole RP while I'm at it. -_-

Now how about giving me some time to actually read through all this?
