"Mmmph..." Rai muttered very quietly for himself, stirring in his sleep and sitting up in his bed, his eyes blinking slightly until they adjusted to the light that once again spilled into the room.

"Good morning." he said automatically, nodding to Jena and Kayley, who were both awake already, before turning a good 90 degrees so that he could slip into his shoes, tying up the shoelaces with all the grace and elegance of one who had undoubtedly spent hours upon hours on perfecting such a seemingly trivial but ever so important technique, before glancing towards his bag, where he remembered that he had a clean shirt, only to note that it wasn't by the foot of his bed where he had left it, but seemed to have been moved over to the door to serve as something that looked like a makeshift barricade. The boy blinked in confusion, wondering who had created it and why.

Kaika stirred in his sleep as well, although unlike Rai he remained with his eyes half-closed in a dozy state, savouring the peace and light of the morning, at least for a while longer...

Kayley sighed once before climbing out of bed, voicing a quick 'Good morning' to the other Trainers before strolling over to the door, bending down to pick up Fishy, who was still asleep on the floor near the barricade.

"Fishy did this. I know it." Kayley stated, removing her things from the pile of stuff, quickly moving it back over to her bed so as not to lose her grip on anything, seeing as how she had attempted to carry Fishy, her bag, and her case all at once.

But once she had focused her attention on her sling bag, she remembered the promise that she had made the night before. Well, maybe not exactly a promise, but..

"Okay, I've gotta get my Pokemon some air after last night. Sorry if it takes up a lot of room." Kayley said quickly to the other humans, reaching into her sling bag for Razz' and Hazy's Pokeballs, while at the same time placing the sleeping Fishy on the bed.

"Come on out!" She exclaimed, allowing the Pokeballs to open, the creatures inside bursting out in that familiar, yet sudden burst of light.

First to materialize was Razz, the Ponyta's Red Scarf once again doing a good job of accenting her flames. She stretched out a bit once she realized she was out of the Pokeball, not really caring that she didn't know where the group was.

Then came the Ghastly, whom no one yet knew was named Hazy, who instantly appeared with an excited expression on her face that actually revealed her fangs, ghostly eyes wide with enthusiasm.

{AWESOMENESS!!} Hazy screeched, gaseous spiritual flames flaring up as her voice did.

IC:

Rai blinked at Kayley's explanation, finally spotting the sleeping Fishy. "But...didn't you return Fishy to his pok?ball?" he asked curiously, quickly walking over to the door to help Kayley undo the barricade, "How could he have gotten out?"

The boy nodded as Kayley announced that she would be letting her pok?mon out for a bit of fresh air, taking a few steps back to make room for Razz's and the Ghastly's appearance.

{MEEEP! GHOSTIE!} Kaika exclaimed at the sight of the Ghastly's appearance, leaping out from his sleeping position as if he had been stung, eyes wide with fear {GO AWAY GHOSTIE! GO AWAY!!!}

Before Rai even had proper time to acknowledge what had happened, the Vulpix had already gone to work, unleashing a fierce Roar at the Ghastly that sounded completely out of place coming from the mouth of a cute little Vulpix.

"Well, of course I did, but.. He has his ways.." Kayley replied, sighing, then stroking her Mudkip's head, the little guy barely stirring in his sleep because of it.

Now, before anyone else could properly react, Kaika had leaped into action at Hazy's appearence, instantly unleashing a mighty Roar attack that seemed terrifying, even coming from a wee Vulpix.

{Holy snap..} Hazy managed to say, grin quickly fading as she backed away from Kaika, eyes now widening in a mixture of confusion and slight fear. Eventually she vanished alltogether, fleeing into Maxie, Silver, and Zach's room.

{NOT AWESOMENESS!!!!} Could be heard from the other side of the wall, Hazy's screeching still audible.

Razz, who had been witnessing the whole thing thoroughly, blinked.

{...The heck?} Was all the Ponyta could manage.
 
Maxie and Fang woke with a start - in perfect synchrony.
For a moment, they both lay there, struggling to shake off the heavy weight of sleep.
Finally, the girl sat up, and rubbed the sleep from her eyes. Fang did the same, yawning and whining softly.
{Morning...}
"...Everyone..." Maxie and Fang both murmured. As Mac had once said; they were still stumbling 'under the veil of sleep'. Maxie had never liked poncy metaphors, but it was a pretty good way to describe how she felt right then; like there was something very thin and wispy hanging over her, and wouldn't get out of the way!
Maxie stared around, catching sight of Zach and Silver, still asleep under the covers.

"I know that Cassy was involved too.Fishy couldn't have done it alone,besides,only Cascade could come up with a plan to barricade the door."Jena told them,taking the remaining bag which was hers and clasping it around her waist before proceeding to wake her pokemon up.

As the Ponyta and Gastly came into the room,for some apparent reason,Kaika got scared and let out a loud growl.Jena jumped back in surprise,landing on the three of her pokemon.

{Gah!!!}Cascade sat up and shouted out.

{Ahhh!!!}Ryne did the same has her trainer's weight landed on her.

{Eeee-ouch!!!}Orjen added on to the noise with his own yelp.

OMG... Hazy went into the other room? Poor Zack gets a wake-up call then...!


Zachary

His eyes still closed but his mind awake, Zachary just lie there in bed, wondering if it were the time to get up. He heard Maxie stirring and wake up, but he was too snuggly to move. He liked feeling all warm and cozy, even if the bed was as stiff as a board.

Suddenly he heard a shout come from the other room, and a what sounded like a tiny animal roaring. Zachary sat up slowly, "Huh...?"

That's when Hazy went straight through the wall near Zachary's bed and stopped just in front of him screeching out, {NOT AWESOMENESS!}

It took only a second for Zachary to react, and his eyes widened into their official 'scared' position.

"AHHHH!!!! A GHOST!!!! THERE'S A GHOST IN MY BED!!! GET AWAY FROM ME!" he screamed as loud as Hazy had screamed a second ago. He grabbed Ron and Luka from the floor and leapt out of his bed while he ran over to Maxie and Silver.

{What the--?! It's just Hazy Zack!} Ron grunted as Zachary went across the room with him.

{Let me go! I've no need to be saved by you!} Luka growled, struggling against Zachary's grip.

"G-ghost!!" he said in a wavering voice, pointing over to Hazy.

OOC: People freaking out is fun to write. ^____^
 
Maxie hadn't noticed Hazy's ghostly form enter the room; it was only Zach's shouting which brought her attention to the matter. His screaming jerked her out of her thoughts and she leapt to her feet, her fists clenched to beat the hell out of whatever was hurting Zach-
"Oh. It's Hazy." Maxie moaned, sounding disappointed. Apparently she had been looking forward to venting on a poor, unsuspecting soul. She watched as he dashed over to her and Silver - and as Luka struggled from his grip.
{You should be thankfull he can save you.} Fang told Luka bitterly. He fluttered to Maxie, and settled down to watch from the safety of her shoulder.

"You okay, Zach?" Maxie asked him, a note of concern in his voice. "Don't worry, Kayley'll come and get him back soon, nothing to worry about." she told him, almost kindly.

Cascade hacked before shaking his head and grinning.
{Oh,what a wake-up call,yes?}he turned to Ryne and Orjen,who were still gasping for air.
{Cascade,I'd appreciate it if you give me room to breath.}Ryne huffed and sat down on the bed,leaning against Orjen.
{What she said.}the Wurmple added.

"Where'd the Gastly go?"Jena asked the other boy and girl in the room.Before hearing a cry coming from the wall,probably the room next to theirs.
"Uh..looks like the Gastly poofed into the other room..."Jena placed her ear on the wall,before taking the three of her pokemon into her arms and opening the door.

"We'd better go check if they're alright."she stated.

{I didn't need this, no I didn't! The first time it was funny but now all I want to do is find out where that girl got to!} Hazy screeched, slowly hovering away from Zach as he freaked her out. Perhaps she'd be a bit more into scaring Zach if she had actually been trying.

{Hmm.. But while I'm here.. Would any of you like to play?} The Ghastly asked, focusing her gaze back on Zach once she realized that he wouldn't be getting over her presence any time soon.

{Okay, I'm out of this, nobody bother me.} Razz voiced, frowning viciously to show that she meant it. Of course, something like this would have no affect on Fishy, but that's not the point. He was still asleep anyways.

Kayley still had some trouble understanding the Ponyta, so she chose to simply nod at both Razz and Jena when the girl had made a comment. She sighed, shaking her head at the randomness of it all.

"I'd better go fetch her. By the way, would you guys be so kind as to help me think of a good nickname? I had been thinking last night but I still haven't come up with anything good.." Kayley trailed off, before remembering that she had a Ghastly to get.

Turning abruptly, she smoothed her hair out a bit before running towards the door, quickly opening it, and stepping out into the hallway.
 
"What's the din all about??!! I still want to sleep more.." Silver said rubbing her sleepy eyes.. Zachary just woke her up with his screams.. She stared at Zachary and said.. "I would appreciate it if you stop being sucha coward.. It's just a Ghost Pokemon.. How to be a Pokemon trainer if you're scared of a Ghastly??" She then touched her her head to make sure the helmet was still in place.. Phew...

Cascade,Ryne and Orjen in her arms,still more or less half-asleep,even after the rude awakening by having their trainer's weight forced onto them.Cascade opened one eye,the other closed,trying to make heads and tails of where he was.Ryne rubbed her eyes with her hands,the bright light of the hall was so irritating.
Orjen,however,chose to continue sleeping.Cuddling close to his trainer.

Outside the few trees which surronded the Pokemon Center,a familiar bird pokemon poked her tiny head out from the trees.She had decided to sleep outside the place where she had seen the humans and their pokemon go in.

{Mami!Papi!Eets' morning already!}she chirped happily,jumping into the air for a second or two,before landing on the branch she and her parents had perched themselves on.
Both Tailows awoke with a start,eyes half-opened as they stared at their daughter.
{Mah cupcake,why do you want to go weeth them?}the father repeated the question for the fifth time.

{You can't stop me..I go where I want to go,I'm big enuff' to decide.}the young Tailow snorted,before returning to staring at the doors of the Pokemon Center,waiting for the humans to come out.
Both her parents had sad expressions on their face,frowning as they noticed how excited their daughter was.

And yay for PC being back online! Took them right long enough, though. It was more than 24 hours, because it was already down on Sunday evening (My time) anc continued to be down throughout the whole of Monday. <_<

Regardless, it's still a happy day! ^^ And you did a good job on the picture Yibber, yes you did. As for who's who...well, the Ralts on the right looks a bit more mischievous (Which wouldn't really fit Ryne's personality) so I'd wager that's Sephy. As for the Mudkips...it's a complete toss-up but I'd say the one on the left (My left that is, not theirs) is Fishy, simply because he's closer to tha Mawile over there. I'd love to post an IC but my daycare shift is pushing on so I'll add that part when I get back.

Ahh...it's still good to be back online! ^^

Rai had been silent for quite some time through these proceedings, startled by Kaika's sudden reaction and the sheer intimidating power of his Roar technique. The Vulpix remained tense a moment after Hazy dissapeared through the wall, the curls on his head and tail all puffed up in an attempt to make them look a bit scarier and a bit less cute and fluffy. The fox pok?mon soon began calming down however, the previous fierce expression making way for his usual well-willing, and kind of shy, one, the curls on his head and his many little tails all settling into their previous position, soon leaving the Vulpix as his usual cute self.

I wonder what that was all about... Rai thought, giving the Vulpix a curious look as he walked over to it. "Please, calm down..." he said, stroking the Vulpix just a bit, "The Ghastly isn't going to hurt you. It's one of ours. Come on, I'll show you..." he reached to pick up the fox pok?mon, who hesitated for a moment, obviously not relishing the idea of meeting up with Hazy again, but finally gave in, allowing himself to be picked up.

"Maybe we should ask if it has one first?" Rai suggested on the nickname issue as he followed the girls out of the room, "I mean, Zach's Zigzagoon had one, maybe the Ghastly does too?"

OOC: Ehh...there's this new annoying system going on. There's a little button located next to the 'Quote' command (It looks like a pencil over a piece of paper with writing on it) on each post which unlocks the 'Quick Reply' box. Don't ask me why anyone came up with that, they just did...-_- Seems like this is a back-up version of PC, the mods and admins are still trying to figure out what the heck happened because apparently this isn't 'Routine updates and maintenance'.

As she did that, Fishy, still on the bed where she had left him, now began to stir, eyelids slowly popping open, just managing to catch a glimpse of the last few people heading outside.

{Huh? What!? Don't let anything happen without me!} Fishy exclaimed, instantly forcing himself fully awake before hopping off of the bed and dashing out past the others, and making his way to Kayley's feet.

Fortunately for Zach, Kayley's knocks immediately diverted Hazy's attention, the Ghastly instantly becoming excited at the mere sounds.

{Ooh! That must be the girl! I bet you all it is!} She screeched happily, bouncing up and down in the air a little before floating over Zach's head and out of the door, phazing straight throught it.

She squealed at the sight of Kayley, Jena, and Rai, once she lay eyes on them in the hallway. She didn't even notice Kaika, the very reason she was there.

"Oh, uh, hi!" Kayley said, not expecting the Ghastly to instantly greet them. "My name's Kayley. Do you have a name?" She asked, getting over her slight spark of fear the whole sudden-ness had caused.

Hazy nodded vigorously, grinning as well.

{Of course I have a name! My name's Hazy, yes it is!} She replied, bouncing a bit in the air once again.

Fishy had been staring at her the whole time, and now he tilted his head. {Hazy? Well, whatever, nice to meet you, yeah. I be Fishy!} He exclaimed, grinning in much the same manner as Hazy.

It was lucky for Kayley that Fishy had accidently translated.

"Hazy.. Everybody, she says her name is Hazy!" Kayley announced, earning another squeal of delight from Hazy herself.

All my friends didn't know what the Feebas was the pokemon standing beside Ashura.Hey,it was kinda hard with the front view of a Mawile,since Mawile always chooses to show those huge jaw thingys.XD

"Woah."Jena took a step back as Hazy phazed through the wall of the other's room.As Kayley announced that the Gastly's name was Hazy,Cascade and Ryne had finally woke up,maybe partially because of the Gastly's queals.Both leaning against either side of their trainer's arms,listening to what was going on.Orjen shifted in his place,though still asleep.

{Hazy..Hazy..}the Wurmple repeated a few times,registering it into his memory,before going back to sleep.

"You think Zach's alright in there?"the girl asked Kayley and Rai,remembering the way he freaked when Hazy first appeared.

{Hmm? Do you mean that funny little boy?} Hazy asked, instantly floating towards Jena, grinning toothily. {He would've been fun to play with, but I couldn't help but come when you knocked! Hee hee!} She laughed.

Oh, how joyful it was to be out of that forest.. Yes, that was the reason she was acting so incredibly happy. The mere thought of being away from there brought her happiness.

"Um.. Well.. I guess we'll find out when they answer the door." Kayley continued, forcing a smile. "But anyways.. Um, Hazy."

Instantly, the Ghastly floated away from Jena, and closer to Kayley, who by now had gotten used to the Ghost's sudden movements.

"Well, welcome to the group! I'm terrible at introductions, so yeah. You already know I'm Kayley, and that's Fishy, and that is Jena, Cascade, Ryne, Orjen, Rai, and.. Well, we aren't sure of the little Vulpix' name." She exclaimed, gesturing to everyone as she called their names. "And the Ponyta in the room is Razz, but she chose not to get involved."

{Because Razzie is a big ole' troll.} Fishy kipped.

{Hazy is much pleased!} The Ghastly screeched, although she couldn't help but wonder what everyone was doing just standing in the hall way. Were they waiting for the funny people in the other room? She could stand for that..

OOC: Yay! I was right! ^^ Anyways, Plushie...the trainers don't know Kaika's name yet. No-one has bothered to translate for them, so maybe a small edit is in order?

Oh, and as for the censor thing...well, from what I hear the same used to happen when you wrote the word 'Black'. They had to bring in a new word-censor-thingie and they haven't had the time to adjust it properly yet. But it looks like PC is getting back on its feet. Huzzah! ^^

IC:

Rai nodded at the Ghastly, although the ghost type's words went quite past him. "Nice to meet you then, Hazy." he said "I'd introduce you to Chupon and Ashura too, but I think they need a bit more rest."

Kaika however didn't seem to find the encoutner all that nice, staring intently at the Ghastly from his place in Rai's arms and trying to surpress the urge to Roar again.

{Hazy...} he said lowly, continuing to glare at the ghost type {What bes the big idea with scaring little Kaika like that?!} the Vulpix suddenly sprang to his feet, his high-pitched voice gaining an angrier edge to it {He dids never do anything to you, you big meanie!}
