Can the view forum leaders page only be accessed via the forum index?
If so, I'd like to see it added to the quick links in the top-bar.

That happens to be the only place I know of. However such an addition would require it added to each style individually I believe, which isn't extremely favourable for such a small addition. I do not think that it's current position is hard to reach at any rate. If you visit it frequently you could always bookmark it however.

I might be wrong here, it's been a while since I looked through the templates in the style studio but isn't there one for the shortcuts bar at the top of most of the themes? It could be stuffed into there.

But I don't really see the point, the only reason I can see someone using the Forum Leaders page is to see who's on staff and who isn't when they first join up. If they have a question about the second and need to know who the mod is they can just jump to the bottom of the section and it has all of the moderators of that forum listed.

Like these guys have already said, it seems like quite a bit of work for something that's not going to be too helpful. It's more visible where it is now than it would be if it were hidden in a dropdown menu, in my opinion, anyway. :/

Well I meant for it to appear in both places, but fair enough.
