This pokemon is really valuble and you will not get this guy easily unless you have something equally as great. I have came across these many times and this is the best one I got.

And yes, you need to make an offer. If you have the following pokemon with good ivs and ev trained, Celebi is yours.

The pokemon are:
1. A Bold Defensive Empoleon with the ev spread: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
ivs: 31/x/31/15+/15+/10+
2. A Relaxed Lead Swampert with the ev spread: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
ivs: 31/20+/31/20+/15+/x
3. A Jolly Choice Scarf Kingler with the ev spread: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
ivs: x/31/x/x/x/31

@Stavross: I already have a perfect modest Ditto :P

If you can give me all three you get the Celebi and 5 points. (But you have to get me all three)

Well... as you can see I have a wants list.... so see what you can do.... and I am looking for some one to ev train. If you are will ing to do so... you can gather up to 30 points and earn the Celebi.
