Now how is double-team illegal? I swear,all these new rules are gonna ruin the game.

I don't know how. I just saw it in a list of rules for UU battle or something.

Double Team has been illegal since RBY. It's banned in every competitive battle you will ever have. Deal with it.

Earthquake on Shuckle sucks so incredibly badly. I'm also pretty sure that Shuckle has the lowest Attack stat of any Pokemon.



The Battle Factory is in-game.

It doesn't matter how low his attack stat is as long as his defense stat is up with power trick, and that is a good moveset as long as you arent going against a magnezone or metagross special attacking with magnet rise and then use taht on the first turn(and yes I know so don't say anything about metagross, I know most people don't use it for sp attacking, I'm just making an example) Because you would lose horribly.

I don't know exactly why it was banned but I would guess because it is more of an annoyer than a blissey when you are using a milotic(<that was an example of irritating for those of you who will try to insult me)so that is probably why but I really don't know.

I don't agree with it either, I just know it is a rule. But I do agree with your first three sentences. =D

Somthin popped into my head, but there is that one move Trick Room that makes slower pokemon attack first for like 5 turns. I know its not that great, but I think you could somehow work it in. Get another pkmn on your team to use Trick Room then try to switch shuckle in. Use Power Trick, and you have a crazy sweeper for 5 turns, plus you could power trick back the last turn...

Sorry, I'm trying to make an effort to be nicer to people on the internets (except when they piss me off, but that wasn't the case with you). I forget I can sound insulting sometimes. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. :(

It's banned because it's a luckfest and gets boring after a while. Double Team Blissey? No thanks. DT Ninjask passing to anything? I'm not playing it. Roar and WW will get their accuracy affected, and if you have any other form of Hazer, think of it this way: They have 3 or 4 Pokemon to take out the hazer, and a few more to Double Team up. Sure, there's Pulse Bomb and Aerial Ace, but most Pokemon don't learn Pulse Bomb and Aerial Ace isn't really worth wasting a moveslot on something that should be attacking with something more powerful.

IIRC priority moves are not affected by Trick Room, QA will still go first and Vital Throw goes last.
