depends on what kind you want.

Do you mean the little blue screen with the "vs bleh bleh bleh"

Or video introductions from another thing like a movie clip with a qoute from it

Are you using windows movie maker?
 
its really a simply program once you get the hang of it.

First you need the video clip you want. Chances are if its from a protected DVD youll need to rip the scenes which will take a special program (Ill have to check that up and see what Im using)

Next all you need to do is import the clip(s) you want and move them to the start of the story board.

Then the whole adding text id have to actually check up cause I dont remember off the top of my head.

also if you need visual aid dont hesitate to use youtube.

Check type in "Windows Movie Maker" followed by what you need help with. USing music as an example. Just type in Windows Movie Maker Adding Music

and chances are youll find what you need.
 
And if you stil dont get it,i can probably get one of the guys from youtube to make you one.
