I was just randomly mucking around with css... and guess what i found :O a glitch !

    screenie:

    Spoiler:

and it happened with this code

    PHP:
[div="width: 350px; height: 130px; position: absolute; top: 1px; background-image:url(https://img377.imageshack.us/img377/3941/siggythingyel3.png);"]This signature has not been disabled.
    [/div]

But couldn't you fix up the signature limits so that you cannot use absolute positioning?

edit: wow... It also happens with position: fixed...

Do it yourself- since when the rest abused it?

Please infract abusers, not the rest, Ausadriel (blame Wii for spelling mistakes- real hard 2 use it)

I see no reason to NOT deny absolute and fixed positioning. As our signature/posting rules have a suprisingly un-strict guideline, people can abuse them down the track...

Thank god I position it to the right of my sig... no infractions.

    I have enough.....

How many pts. you get 4 breaking the law? I mean this law.

Then does that mean that we can repeat one image throughout that whole area? because the dimensions of the image will still stay the same...

No, the total must be 500- px. width and 300- px. height, even with repeated images
