I've seen signatures more questionable than that that didn't get disabled. Yours is fine imo. Next time, please use the Signature Rules & Review thread though. This didn't need to be its own thread, lol.
 
Like Sydian said, your signature is fine and next time just ask in the Signature Rules & Review Thread. Also, you won't get banned for one signature offense. It takes a number of red infraction cards and points to get banned, in which most cases it'll be temporary.
